It has been a week since I spent that day with Eros. I’ve been trying to work out money for Clara. If I can give her enough for a few months, it means she can find a job and stay away from the business going forward.
After what happened last time, I know I can’t leave with her still in this business.
“You don’t need to watch her scenes, you know,” Dale looks at

“I know I don’t need to, but I am,” I snap back. I’ve watched every scene she has been in since that day to ensure no one oversteps the mark of offering her money for something she doesn’t agree with.
Even if I wasn’t in, I came in and watched her. When she went to other locations, I went as well, refusing to let her go alone. Crazy, maybe, but I don’t trust them.
“Bunny Wild,” Elon’s voice travels to me, and I groan. Walking over, I step into his office.
“How can I help?” I ask, refusing to take a seat.

“As you’re away the Mr Pierce pulled out of the deal, but he’s having a sort of party, I’m invited with a plus one. So, what I’m thinking is, you join me and work your charm on him to get that contract resigned,” he says.
“I would rather not,” I say.
“You would rather not but have no choice. This is a business opportunity, and you know you’re bound to join,” God, why did I need to be the most requested one? If I was like Clara or some of the others, he wouldn’t even ask me.
“What time?” I ask.
“I’ll collect you at seven. You will attend with me on my arm,” he says while smiling.
Well, that I’m not comfortable with.
“See you tonight, Alexis.” He smiles at me, and I turn walking out, I watch as Clara walks to me
“You look angry, what happened?” She smiles at me.
“I have to go to a dinner party with Elon at Eros’s place,” I explain, and her eyes widen.
“Why?” she asks as she follows me towards the door.

“Alexis,” Elon shouts, and I groan. He holds out a company card “For you to get a suitable dress,” he says.
“No thanks,” I don’t want anything from him.
“You need something appropriate,” he argues.
“I’ll wear what I want, take it or leave it,” I say before walking out with Clara following me.
“Why is he taking you?” Clara looks at me.
“Because he wants that contract with Eros, he’s hoping I can tempt Eros to offer it again,” I explain.
“There’s no way he will agree,” she says, and I nod. Eros wouldn’t do anything through Elon because of how much he was taking. Getting home, I look at the dresses I have.
I’ve got the one that Eros bought me, which would be perfect. I also know, however, that Eros is weak to my other dresses. So while he doesn’t care about me wearing them and admires them, I need to remember that this is a business function, his business.
I don’t want to give a bad impression to the people he works with. So I decided to put on one of my dresses, but then the one he bought me over it.

I walk to the car, and Elon stands waiting and smiling. God, I hate this. He holds out his hand for me to use as support, ignoring it, I climb into the car and he laughs..
He gets in and sits next to me, so I move to another seat.
“You’re not playing nice tonight Alexis,” he says while smiling.
“I’m not in the mood, I’m not sure why you think me meeting Mr Pierce again will make him agree to a contract,” I argue.
“Something tells me he had second thoughts, and seeing you again in person will change that,” he relaxes back.
“Why do you care, it’s not like there isn’t enough work coming my way.” I want to hear his excuse.

want the video out there,” I argue Although, I feel Mr Pierce is a guy who doesn’t care and would happily showcase it to his business people.
“Well, then you best work your magic tonight,” he says while smiling. “If you fail, I have a perfect plan,” he continues and I wonder what his plan is. I sit waiting but he doesn’t speak.
“The plan? What is your plan?” I ask.
“Oh, you don’t need to know that. I’m sure though that it will get him agreeing to pay me to have the original arrangement set up as before. It’s a shame someone interrupted you the first time,” he explains.
I’m not sure what he is playing at but I have a bad feeling about it. The car stops and he gets out, he holds out his hand again and I once again refuse to accept it. Climbing from the car he walks to me and wraps his arm around my waist.
My body pulls away and he pulls me back again. “Play nice Bunny Wild, you’re my date, remember?” He smirks at me, but I don’t want to be his damn date. Sucking in a breath I try and ignore the closeness of him and walk into the building. I’m not sure I’m comfortable been back here. It’s too late now though.
