Chapter 75: Reminiscent Dungeon
-Leon's POV-
-
After we ate lunch, we left for the gardens, along the way we stopped at many places.
Seal spoke highly of them, showing off the history or beauty of the sights.
He also showed us the way through the castle just for future use.
I didn't much care about the castle we were going through.
All I really focused on was her, she smiled and laughed, she enjoyed the tour.
I would rather be back at the manor, to be honest, it was quieter and people I grew accustomed to
seeing every day we're there, though now that I was the demon king there isn't much I can do to stop
from living here.
Though I could arrange for everything to be sent to the manor, I could do much the same I did before
though the duties will be of kingly stature. NôvelDrama.Org content.
Though for now, it seems that touring the Castle would be a good decision.
Luna wanted to see the gardens. She seemed to enjoy the one we had back home, she must like the
flowers.
If she wanted I could have all the flowers in the world brought to her feet.
That could show how much I cared for as well as the power I possessed.
But she's fine with just this bit.
We finally made it, we walked out the door and went into a huge terrarium.
The room was warm and seemed to show a multitude of exotic plants.
He spoke of each place we went to.
We walked through and then once out of the room, we were shown a large garden for harvestable
plants.
Then also a large garden with hedges and even a maze, flowers came from every tree and every bush
was finely trimmed.
We walked through, Luna had a face as if watching a spectacle.
I watched her as her arms continued to stay around one of mine, out two hands clasping.
Seal seemed to enjoy it as well, I'm guess he's glad that his work has finally been appreciated.
I grasped a pink little flower and placed it in her hair, damn she really is so adorable.
We walked to the edge, it was as if the castle and gardens were on an elevated cliff above the city.
We walked to the edge, made up of carved stone.
The city was appealing to the sea right behind it.
I turned and saw the rest of the garden, fields, and buildings, plants, and flowers everywhere.
If I paid more attention when I came to the castle I could have noticed this large hiding place but I
guess not concerning myself with the king or the city as much as possible was most preferable
We walked back to the rear entrance.
Though it was a different route we came out from, it still led to the same places.
We were walking through the halls and other open places until it caught my eye.
Where it all started, the entrance to the castle dungeon.
"Hey, Luna do you want to see where we first met?.."
"Your highness, that's the castle's dungeon, I don't recommend taking my lady there."
"Leon I. I'll be fine as long as it's with you, but I don't want to relive any bad memories."
"It'll be okay Luna, I'm right here, Though it isn't the best place, not at all really, it's still where I met you
so, how about we just go and reminisce for a little bit. We can always leave if you don't feel
comfortable."
"Alright."
I know it was a bit of a bad move to take her back to such a horrible place, but I just want to see it
again, it was the place where my heart was stolen by Luna.
Though a horrible place to be, the moment our eyes met in that place was still life-changing for me.
We walked down, Luna stayed close to me, Seal leads the way.
We walked down the long hall of cells one after another before we came across the one we met.
It was occupied.
