“So what is your plan”

“The Michaelson are bankrupt right?”

“And they are losing all their shareholders right?”

“Buy all there shares in our name and make sure to sign all the legal formalities, we’ll own seventy percent of the shares making us the new owners of Michaelson group of companies”

“How do we convince them to sell all their shares to us?”

“They don’t have a choice we’re doing them a favor”

“Are we still investing in their company ?”

“Off course, it’s going to become my company soon”

“One more thing, buy the shares directly from the share committee the Michaelson should not be aware we bought it, even if they gets to know it will be too late”
