Bipolar Next Door (She’s A Psycho, But I Love Her)

The Psycho Is Here Again

Evelyn POV

Can’t believe I finally saw my crush yesterday, and trust me, he looked more cute than he is from afar, he’s Nora’s cousin, and guess what, he lives next door to me, meaning I’ll get to see him everyday, isn’t that beautiful?

It’s still early in the morning, so I quickly got off the bed, and got dressed for my appointment at Kay’s empire, and in less than hour, I was ready. I had breakfast, before I drove to the company. Henry was already waiting for me at the company, setting the photography equipments and everything.

I arrived at the company minutes later, and it was already some few minutes to 9am, which means that I was a few minutes late. I parked my car at the parking lot, and rushed inside. Without stress, I was able to locate the natatorium, and without wasting anymore seconds, I pushed the door opened, and peeked inside, before walking in fully. Almost all of them gasped, as they saw me, but I didn’t give my attention to any of it, as I’m more concerned about my business, than some unnecessary things.

“Hello miss Evelyn.” A young man of around forty years, welcomed with me with a smile on his face.

“Hello Mr Rooney, I’m very sorry for the delay, I was attending to something back at home, I beg your pardon.” I apologized.

“It’s fine, at least, now you’re here.” He smiled warmly at me, before turning to the young dude that was standing behind him.

“Have you tried calling him?” He asked the guy.

“Yes coach, I’ve tried calling him severally, but he isn’t picking up. This is unlike him, I’m starting to get worried about him.” The guy replied with a worried look on.

“Where’s the person Mr Rooney? Let’s start this and get it done already.” I asked him.

“The thing is, we’ve been trying to reach him for almost an hour now, but he isn’t picking any of our calls, which is unlike him.” He said worriedly.

Letting out a sigh, I touched my forehead frustratingly. Seriously? Is the dude serious at all? How could he still be at home at this time, when he have an important ad to make for the company he works for, and I heard the idiot is one of the World Olympic Swimming Contestants. How is he going to cope, if he keeps losing track of time like this.

“I’ll wait for him for ten minutes, and if he’s not here by then, I’ll have no option than to leave.” I said angrily, before walking out. Opening the door to go out, I bumped my head into someone, and I fell on my butt, as I winced in pains.

“Sorry miss.” The idiot I just bumped into, held me by the shoulders, and helped me up. Raising my gaze to look at the person, I was shocked at who I saw, Ivan!

“Eve!”

“Ivan!” We both exclaimed at same time. What is he doing here?

“This is crazy, what are you doing here?” He asked surprisingly.

“What business of yours is that Mr?” I rolled my eyes, and shrugged his hands off my shoulders. A smirk crept its way to his face.Text content © NôvelDrama.Org.

“Don’t tell me you came back all the way from Paris, to work as a cleaner here.” He exclaimed, as his hand flew to cover his mouth, his eyes widened in shock.

What! How dare he call me a cleaner! Do I look or dress like one? He still hasn’t changed, even after all these years of being away from each other, he always finds it exciting, bullying me, it’s what he’s always done back in college, and I’m already used to it, but what is amusing me here, is that the first thing he did, after being away for so many years, was bully me as always.

“Are you out of your mind Ivan? I just got back from Paris, and all you could welcome me with, is those annoying words?” I scoffed angrily.

He chuckled, and staggered back.

“Who cares if you just got back, and how is it my business, what you feel? I heard that a new cleaner was employed here, so when I saw you coming from inside there, I thought you’re the new cleaner. You wouldn’t blame me, would you?” He shrugged, and tucked his hands inside his pockets.

“So you still haven’t changed, even after all these years Ivan?” I scoffed angrily, glaring at him.

“Who says I’m gonna change? Well sorry to disappoint you sweetheart, I haven’t changed, and I’m not planning to, not now, and not forever. And even if I’m gonna change my ways, I’m never gonna stop pestering your life, because it makes me happy, seeing that ugly frown of yours.” He said, and poked my nose, before tucking his hands into his pockets again, a satisfactory smile, settling on his face.

“You’re so annoying Ivan.” I huffed angrily.

“Wait! Look at you!” He exclaimed, pointing his index finger at me.

I looked at myself, trying to see if there was anything on my body, when his voice came on again.

“Girl, come give me your boyfriend’s contact… I have to contact that dude, he’s not trying at all, I mean, look at your body, it seems you’re getting thinner. Don’t tell me you haven’t gotten a boyfriend yet… oh please don’t mind me girl, no one would wanna have anything to do with someone that look more like a stick, than a human.” He chuckled uncontrollably. I know he’s just trying to get me pissed, but I won’t give him the chance to. We both are good at this, and trust me, I know how to get to him.

“Well, let’s consider that coming from a dude, who has a fine face, but got no brain.” I winked at him, and smirked, before walking away.

“We’re not done yet Eve.” He yelled after me angrily.

I went to my car, and got something, before walking back to the company. My mind have already been made up, if I go in there, and the person is yet to be present, then I’m leaving.

Stepping into the natatorium, I met the coach and everyone, waiting.

“If he’s not here yet, then I’m…” My voice trailed off, as my eyes darted behind the coach… What!
