Chapter 6 Bleeding

Marvin grabbed Elizabeth so hard that it hurt, and her face went pale. She was trying to figure out why

that name sounded so familiar.

Robert … Williams…

And there she had it - she finally remembered this resounding name.

The person in charge of the Williams Group seemed to have returned to the country all of a sudden two

years ago and then taken over the power of this huge consortium.

More importantly... The Williams Group has been competing with the Bennetts over some important

projects recently.

A month ago, late at night, Marvin came back heavily drunk. He dragged Elizabeth onto the swing in

the yard and was about to torture her.

She tried to resist it and fight back, and then furious Marvin took out a golf club from the trunk and

wanted to hit her.

Her loud sobbing and crying drew the housekeeper and servant’s attention, and she was rescued by

their persuasion.

That night Marvin was so mad. Elizabeth was lucky enough to have avoided a harsh beat-up, but

Marvin demanded she should kneel outside the hallway without any clothes on.

She knelt naked for a really long time, crying so much that her voice became hoarse. She wasn’t let in

until dawn.

She found out later from the housekeeper the reason why Marvin was so irritable that night. It was

because he lost an important project worthy of hundreds of millions of dollars to another businessman

after long-time bidding.

And it was Robert Williams who sealed the deal.

Remembering Robert’s name hit Elizabeth hard. She couldn’t help but start to fear.

Things were just worse now that Robert has become a rival in the market to Marvin.

She didn’t have time to mind that he was pulling her hair painfully. She was trembling and explained,

“Marvin, my dear brother, I really didn't approach him. It was truly a coincidence that day. I was

shocked by the gunshots and then passed out. If I did not meet him today, I wouldn’t even remember

who he was...”

Marvin let go of her hair, grabbed her waist, and hugged her face-to-face in an extremely intimate

posture.

He looked at her with cold eyes, as if he was examining a suspicious cheating wife.

Elizabeth was innocent, but the way he looked at her just made her shudder.

Biting on her lip, she mustered up the courage to re-affirm him, “I told you the truth, I wouldn’t dare to

lie to you, ever.”

Marvin’s hot palm landed on her soft waist, pinching her hard.

He was speaking in a tone of warning.

“I provide for you, therefore I own every inch of you. No one should lay hands on you. The reason why

you are still alive is that I am still sexually attracted to you. But if you are tarnished... Fancy clubhouses

like the Banquet that serve the powerful upper class will no longer accept you. I will discard you

wherever you should belong and let you be the dirtiest and cheapest whore.”

Elizabeth’s body was shivering, and she was too scared to utter a word.

She knew that Marvin meant what he just said, she knew how vicious he had always been.

A few years earlier, when he was in his early twenties, he had a very beautiful little girlfriend. He was

quite fond of her. However, for some reason later, the girl became the mistress of a gangster. When

Marvin found out about that, he ruthlessly dumped her and got her tortured by a tramp the whole night.

Rumor had it that she was ravaged to death that night.

Elizabeth was biting on her lips and shivering. She squeezed out a few words, “I hear you, I will keep it

in my mind and will never betray you.”

Marvin looked sulky, and there was no sign of his anger quenching.

His big hand gradually tightened on stroking her waist. There followed sounds of fabric tearing.

Elizabeth grabbed his big hand helplessly, and begged with despair, “Please... Marvin. I am on my

period.”

But Marvin wouldn’t listen.

Elizabeth was so anxious and almost burst into tears.

Not only was she on her period, but they were in a car that was parked at the gate of the police station.

She knew that people couldn’t see anything but plain darkness through the car windows from the

outside, but she could clearly see the pedestrians walking back and forth out there!

“Marvin, please stop, I’m really not comfortable. Stop, please...”

Elizabeth’s resistance was of no avail when Marvin immediately jumped on top of her.

She was crying in pain. But the harder she cried, the more ruthless Marvin became.

“Shut up, and stop crying. How dare you cry!”

“I am generous enough to pay for your college. But all you think about is men rather than studying,

huh? You want to fool around with that old man Robert Williams, do you? You are exactly the same as

your mother! Stop crying, or I will just kill you.”

Marvin’s fierce movements made her blood flow turbulent.

She couldn’t stop tearing up as Marvin never at all treated her as a person. He was not really

impatiently horny, but he forced it on her anyways in such a public place as her humiliation and

punishment.

Elizabeth shut her eyes and was trying to hold the tears back, but a desperate sadness flooded into her

heart intensely.

She felt like these horrific days would never come to an end.

Elizabeth feared that Marvin would torture her to death.

Their black Bentley shook for an hour at the door of the police station.

Finally, it stopped.

Elizabeth was motionless in pain, and collapsed on the leather car seat, with her legs wide open.

Marvin turned on the lighting above his head when he was tidying up, and a mess of blood caught his

eyes. He was definitely surprised and froze for a few seconds.

Not until he noticed the bright red stain that spread on the seat and his pants did he realize what had

gone wrong.

No wonder Elizabeth was resisting against him extremely desperately this time.
