had stunned them and left them daring not to make any trouble.

wonder why Rowen was astonished to see the name of the Emperor Family.

Rowen opened the box, and found that there was a brand-name watch inside and a piece of paper

lying under the bottom. He took a sigh as he saw the content of the letter.

Maximilian said plainly, "Come on, let me have a check on this paper."

Indeed, things had grown complicated. He had never expected that someone would ever dare to

threaten Rowen. Though he was still confused about all this, he chose to step out and help Rowen as

"Don't worry, Rowen. No matter who wrote this letter, I will make him pay for that." Maximilian said.

Rowen was touched by the unexpected words of Maximilian. "Mr. Lee, I must say that he is by no

means someone I can simply deal with. He is from the Emperor Family." Rowen sighed, desperately.

Maximilian was dumbed and confused to hear the name of the Emperor Family. It was quite natural

since he had never been to W city before.

Hearing the words, Rowen's face grew sulk: he could not bear anyone to send him a threatening letter,

not to mention any gifts with counterfeits inside.

For those the Emperor Family's men sneaking aside and seeing all this, they were extremely

unpleasant to see their plan being disrupted by Maximilian. At this moment, some of them thought

that Maximilian and Rowen were seemingly having a close relationship since they talked and laughed

just like friends, while others thought that maybe Rowen was just reproaching him.

hell are you guys doing around here? It's none of your business. Now, get out or I would really like to

teach you guys a lesson for that."

Those men dumbed, and realized that they had previously mistaken the relationship

between Rowen and Maximilian.

"Sorry for bringing you so much trouble with this matter, Mr. Lee." Rowen apologized.

Maximilian was first dumbed to hear the apology of Rowen, and then waved his hand and answered,

"It's not a big deal."

Those standing around were stunned by the humble attitude of Rowen towards Maximilian, which they

had never expected.

Rowen gave them a cold glance and flatteringly turned to Maximilian, "I'm wondering about the rest of

your schedule for the day, Mr. Lee."

"Nothing special. I think it's time for me to head back to H city." Maximilian shrugged.

As Maximilian was having a brief talk with Rowen, on the other hand, Victoria had finished up all the

contracts. She was more than satisfied with these contracts lying on the table since they would be a

stepping-stone to help Topyuan Group rank above any other companies in H city.

She stretched her body, and soon the gathering came to an end. Afterwards, Maximilian was in the car

together with Victoria and on his way back to H city, listening to Victoria excitedly describing how many

co-operations she had successfully made with those big clients.

As Maximilian was about to take a nap for a while, he suddenly heard a faint sound of some sort of

mechanical device, which was so faint that an ordinary person could never notice.

He said to the driver, "Stop the car, please."

The driver stopped the car without any hesitation. As Maximilian got out of the car and checked it

around, he found out something abnormal about the car.
