Chapter 989 Being Reconciled

Rowen didn't even dare to think about it. If this got intenser, he would be involved in it, too. He sighed

and pretended that nothing had happened. Then he hid away, trying to draw a line between him and

Maximilian.

Emperor Dragon didn't do it by himself. He sent a subordinate to Maximilian. When the man made his

first move, he was impressed by how powerful Maximilian was.

The subordinate was named Dragon Knight. He was a very powerful man.

He found that he and Maximilian had a match, which made him very confused. This was totally not

Maximilian was also impressed by the Dragon Knight. He thought he was a master, but he was no

Emperor Beau Green and the others were so glad to see Maximilian was about to be defeated. They

He had to admit that the two Dragon Knight was impressive. It was hard to believe that they were two

Emperor Dragon sneered. The two Dragon Knight was his puppets; naturally, they wouldn't feel any

Maximilian heard a strange noise coming out from the two knights. He was confused because it

the eyes because their big brother and the two knights were their only hope.

They were so shocked that Emperor Dragon and his two knights were still not Maximilian's match.

Maximilian mocked them calmly, "Chill out, buddies... don't think too much."

Emperor Dragon was no longer as arrogant as he was. He looked at Maximilian with a cold face.

Emperor Beau Green and the other three people split and all fled in embarrassment. They were so

afraid of being caught by Maximilian again.

Seeing his brothers escaping, Emperor Dragon felt so puzzled. He wondered why they treat the young

Maximilian frowned and said, "Why are you looking for troubles here?"

Emperor Dragon laughed and said, "You tell me! You don't need to pretend to be innocent! You're the

one sending me the clock as a birthday gift!"

"I didn't give you that. Is there some misunderstanding here?" Maximilian asked.

He looked at Emperor Dragon's eyes and knew the man wasn't lying. He was also shocked at what

Maximilian had said just now.

This was lots of information for him to process. He was so confused and felt something is wrong.

Just by then, Maximilian said calmly, "Well, I know what you're thinking, but you should really keep still

and think about it right now."

Emperor Dragon looked very wronged and said, "Who else could it be if it is not you?"

He pondered and pondered, trying to figure out the man behind this scam.

Maximilian then explained, "It's not me... but it can be anyone else, including your brothers."

"It's impossible." Emperor Dragon didn't believe it. He thought Maximilian was playing him off against

Emperor Dragon said with a smile as soon as he realized what had happened.

Suddenly, Maximilian realized that the man was very friendly. He was different from those hypocrites.

So he reached out his hand and said, "Hi, I've heard a lot about you."

They soon forgave each other and laughed out loudly.
