I hastened my steps through the halls of the Luxury apartment, which at this time still looks deserted because the residents are active outside the apartment.

My steps started to stop at one of the units which I believe is Dilan’s residence according to the information that Dafa got.

I knocked on the apartment door many times, but there was no answer from inside.

“Honey it’s me, please open the door”

I banged on the apartment door really hard, as a result a mother in another unit came out instead of Dilan or Liza.

“I’m sorry, who are you looking for?” Asked the mother who had just come out of the next unit, after approaching me.

“I’m looking for Dilan Ma’am” I replied full of lies.

“Dilan isn’t inside, bro, there’s only a beautiful girl, bro, maybe that’s Dilan’s girlfriend,” explained the mother.

“So that girl is just alone inside mom?” I asked again to make sure.

” Yes, Mas, he is alone because he has to shoot early this morning ”

I exhaled in exasperation, I tried to hold myself back so as not to get emotional because of Dilan’s very careless behavior.

” Yes ma’am , thank you very much for the information ” I slightly bowed my body to express my gratitude to the mother .

“Yes, you’re welcome, if that’s the case, you’ll go first, okay?” The mother returned to her unit and left me alone, who was still standing in front of Dilan’s apartment door.

” Li it’s me , open the door ! ” I shouted while continuing to knock on the door .

I ruffled my hair in frustration because I didn’t get any answers from inside, in the end I tried to open the door’s code, guessed some numbers that I thought were very important for Dilan.

I tried to write down the 6-digit number code, namely 301295, which is Dilan’s birth date according to the information that Dafa had received.

“Shit” I chuckled in annoyance because the numbers didn’t match at all.

I didn’t just give up this time I tried to guess a second time. My fingers reflexively wrote down the number 040198 which is my wife’s birth date.

I smiled with satisfaction when the door was successfully opened, but anger was implied in me when I found out that Dilan still loves my wife to this day, the proof is that the man has not changed his apartment code until now.

Ah, never mind I don’t want to care anymore about Dilan’s feelings towards Liza. The most important thing now is to bring Liza to a safer place from the pursuit of the devil-hearted woman, Zea.

I immediately barged in like a thief who had succeeded in tearing down the entrance silently.

” Li , where are you dear ? ” My scream echoed throughout the room , I searched every corner of the room looking for my wife .

Snacks are still scattered in the living room , the television is still on , I can guess that Liza was just watching TV while eating snacks in this room .

I ran back jogging looking for Liza all over the place, this time I entered a room which I confirmed was Dilan’s room because the design of the door to the room was dark like the likes of men in general.

I was really surprised when I found Liza who had collapsed on the floor, I nimbly immediately held her body bridal style.

I came out of the apartment with fast steps because I was really worried about Liza’s womb which seemed to be bleeding right now, blood kept dripping out of hers to wet her feet.

I put Liza into the car and immediately step on the gas to the nearest hospital.

I drove my car at full speed so it only took 4 minutes to get to the hospital.

“Doc, please save my wife and baby” I asked one of the doctors who was going to treat Liza, there were already 3 doctors who started to examine Liza.

“Sir, don’t worry, we will try our best,” replied the doctor, then he walked into the ICU room.

I was really very worried when I saw the doctor put an oxygen delivery device on my wife, the tube and oxygen mask were already in place to cover Liza’s mouth and nose. My wife often experiences shortness of breath when she is under pressure and has a problem she can’t solve.

I sat down on one of the waiting chairs in front of the room, I cursed myself when I remembered that everything that happened to Liza today started with me, I’m very sure that Liza already knows about my marriage.

For several minutes I covered my face with my palms on the chair, until finally a doctor’s voice managed to interrupt my reverie.

” Father , the husband of the patient who is in there right ? ”

“Yes doc, I’m her husband, how is my wife now, Doc?”

I took a deep breath when I saw the doctor’s expression which looked normal.

“Thank God, the womb of your wife can still be saved, luckily you brought her here quickly so that the bleeding can still be stopped”

I breathed a sigh of relief hearing the statement from the doctor “How is the mother’s condition, doc?” I asked still with a worried expression.

The doctor shook his head, he looked worried about something.

“His mother’s condition was not well, her blood was so low that we needed a blood transfusion, she was also having difficulty breathing so she had to be paired with an oxygen cylinder, your wife had to be treated for several days, I was afraid there would be complications”

The doctor, who was around 50 years old, rubbed my arm slowly “Take it easy, we will treat your wife very well, you better just go into the room because the patient will wake up soon” The doctor ordered, I immediately obeyed and rushed in to see the condition of my wife who was still lay weary.

I rubbed the top of his head , kissed his forehead several times .

“I’m sorry honey, I can’t take care of you and our future baby, but I promise that from now on I will never leave you under any circumstances, I don’t care about papa or Yuna, from now on we will continue to be together until death do us part we” I whispered in my wife’s ear who still didn’t wake up either.

For an hour I just stared at his face, reluctant to let go of his hand from my grip, I decided to sleep beside him without letting go of his hand.

“K-ak Joan” Liza called softly to wake me up who had just been asleep for a few minutes.

I rubbed my eyes, a smile spread on my lips when I saw my woman had opened her eyes and called my name.

“You are okay dear?”

Liza didn’t answer, her eyes stared intently at me, her cheeks were getting wet with her own tears. Her body was shaking violently, she was crying silently because her mouth was covered by an oxygen mask.

” I’m sorry Liza , I know you are mad at me because I married Yuna , but I did all these things for you and our two future babies ” I whispered while hugging my wife ‘s body which was shaking violently , her sobs were getting louder .

I immediately called the doctor via the emergency button beside the bed, I was very scared when I saw Liza’s pressure rising on the monitor screen.

Not long after a doctor came accompanied by several other nurses .

The doctor immediately took out a stethoscope and put it on my wife’s chest, after finishing checking my wife’s condition he quickly instructed the nurses to inject some medicine into the IV tube.

The medical staff breathed a sigh of relief when Liza’s blood pressure stabilized again. I immediately approached the doctor who was still standing monitoring my wife’s condition.

” Your wife should not be too stressed , just let her rest for now ” The message from the doctor before stepping out of the room .

I just stared at the back of the doctor who was disappearing from my sight, now I turned my body to see Liza who was staring at me.

I looked at Liza helplessly, Liza grabbed my hand who was about to step out of the room and left her alone so she could rest.

Liza’s fingers quickly opened the oxygen mask covering her mouth and that’s what made me snap at her reflexively.

“LIZA WHY IS IT OPENED?”

” Stuffy , I can not talk to you ” he replied indifferently .

“But you’re tight Liza, plug it in again!”

The woman shook her head firmly “No need sis” He said still chuckling at his stance

” I have something important to tell you ” Liza ‘s face looks very serious .

“The problem with my marriage to Yuna?” I raised my eyebrows.

Liza fell silent, her eyes looking at me with intense gaze.

“Did you like Yuna from the start?” he asked later.

“No, I married Yuna to maintain the company”

Liza glared, she didn’t believe what I was saying at all.

“Papa, you can’t help us because you brought up the name of the company at the press conference, automatically the shares also dropped dramatically,” I explained, trying to tell him slowly.

“Liar, from the start you just want to play with me right?” The woman raised her voice.

“I’m not lying honey, I’m doing this for the future of you and our two children” I said while shedding tears.

Liza was silent she held her head which was starting to feel dizzy, as the doctor said Liza was indeed short of blood.

I held my wife’s tiny hand “You don’t need to think about it already dear, the important thing is that you rest now, we will talk about this problem after you are completely recovered”

” I love you , I only have you Liza as the only woman I love ” I kissed my wife ‘s forehead with love .

There was no answer from Liza , the woman now closed her eyes again .
