Chapter 180 Just Take It

Samara smiled and reached out to take the white sneakers. Then she put them on.

After putting them on, she realized that the shoe size was exactly the same as her own.

Samara was not short. She was 5 feet 5 inches tall, but her shoe size was 5.5. Those who were unfamiliar with her would not

know it.

After putting on the sneakers, Samara glanced at Roland. “Now I know why your ex–girlfriend still put in the good word for you even though you guys have broken up.”

Roland raised his eyebrows. “The sneakers are specially prepared for you. So are the band–aids.”

“But you gonna say no, right?”

Samara smiled but did not speak, as the meaning was very obvious.

Both of them understood what it meant.

Roland didn’t seem to care. He curled his lips and started the car. “For the sake of what I have done, go to a place with me.”

Samara glanced at the white sneakers on her feet. “Alright.”

After all, one good turn deserved another.

Twenty minutes later, the car stopped.

Samara looked out of the car window. It was the downtown parking lot. She couldn’t tell where Roland was taking her.

It was drizzling outside. The moment Samara opened the door, she felt a chill.

During the short distraction, she was covered by a coat.

Samara turned around and looked at Roland. “Actually, it’s not that cold.”

“People who haven’t recovered from a cold should take it.”

Roland suddenly raised his hand and touched her head. Samara was stunned for a moment. “My hairstyle …”

“It’s not messy.”

After he finished speaking, he held an umbrella and got out of the car. He came to her and extended his hand. “Ms. Novak, please come with me.”

out of the car.

umbrella to the girl beside him.

The night wind blew with the rain. It was indeed cold.

Samara did not feel cold at all.

Samara turned her head to look at Roland, who was only wearing a thin shirt. As her almond–shaped eyes rolled, Samara did not say anything after all.

The two both dressed up today. With the fixed slicked–back hair and that handsome face, Roland looked exactly like a pop idol.

So did Samara. She was wearing a little cocktail dress. Although the exaggerated high heels were replaced with white sneakers, the makeup on her face was exquisite. Standing in the arcade, they looked like round pegs in square holes.

Roland directly pulled her in. “Is there a dress code in the arcade?”

“No.”

As soon as she finished speaking, Samara was already pulled in by Roland.

With the outfits from the banquet and the two beautiful faces, Samara and Roland were super eye– catching when they walked in. As soon as they entered, many people subconsciously looked at them.
