Go Away, I’m A Billionairess Now By Evie Cole Chapter 263

Chapter 263 I Will have Someone Looked Into It

The hotel manager turned around and looked at the man who said that his cousin was going to commit suicide in the room. “Sir, your cousin She ”

Before the hotel manager could finish, the two men behind suddenly took out their cameras.

Samara immediately raised her hand to cover her face. She looked away to avoid the cameras.

Chaim said with an angry face, “Give me the cameras!”

The men glanced at each other and ran away with the cameras in their arms,

Chaim’s face immediately darkened. He looked at the hotel manager and the clerk standing at the door. “Who locked the door of this room last night?”

The hotel manager didn’t recognize Chaim at first. When he walked out of the room, the manager instantly recognized him.

The manager was so scared that he froze. “Mr… Mr. Humphrey.”

“Can’t you hear me?”

Chaim said coldly. The hotel manager recovered from the shock and said with fear, “No. No one locked it, Mr. Humphrey. The lock of this door is broken. Two men came over this morning. They said their cousin texted them early in the morning, saying that she would commit suicide by taking sleeping pills in the room. So, we brought the clerks over to open the door, only to

find that the lock was broken. We couldn’t open the door!”

The hotel manager was scared after he recognized Chaim.

If I saw Mr. Humphrey making out with the woman, I wouldn’t be able to make a living in Chicago anymore.

I don’t want to know anything about Mr. Humphrey’s secret!

The hotel clerk standing next to the hotel manager didn’t know much about Chaim. Seeing their manager’s attitude, he only thought that Chaim was a very important guest.

The clerk picked up the purse beside the door, “Sir, there is a bag at the door. Does it belong to the young lady in the room?”

When the hotel manager heard that, he almost fainted.

He thought, why do you air dirty laundry in public?

I’m trying to end this and leave immediately. Why do you mention the purse and the young lady in the room?

When Chair heard the clerk’s words, he looked down at the purse in his hand. Chaim frowned slightly and glanced at Samara. In the end, he reached out and took the purse. “You can leave now. The phone in the room is broken. Let someone send me a spare cell phone.”

The hotel manager didn’t dare to say anything. He nodded and left with the clerk.

Chaim closed the door. However, the door had been kicked open and the lock was broken. So, although Chaim had shut it,

there was still a crack

Chaim put the purse on the table. “This should be your purse.”

Samara glanced at it. It was indeed her purse.

She quickly went over to take it. Her car key and phone were still in it.

Samara took out her phone, Gisselle had sent her several messages yesterday. All text © NôvelD(r)a'ma.Org.

But Samara didn’t have the time to reply to her at this moment. She picked up her purse. “My car is downstairs. I’ll go now.”

Her clothes were a little messy, but Samara didn’t want to stay in this room with Chaim any longer.

Chaim didn’t object. “I will let someone investigate this matter.”

Samara said, “OK.”

Without even looking at Chaim, Samara took her bag and left the room.

She took the elevator and went directly to the first floor. Then Samara walked to the open–air parking lot in front of the hotel, found her car, and drove directly back to her apartment.

After Samara arrived at the apartment, she took a hot bath first and drank a glass of water with vitamin C. Then she called Jimena and asked her to investigate what happened last night.
