Chapter 6315
The assassin shuddered as the sound of him getting slapped echoed, and his figure slammed into the garbage bin at the corner of the alley.
In that instant, a disgusting scent permeated the air.
The assassin could only feel his face swollen. He wanted to get up, but he could feel a
powerful force within himself attacking his body from the inside. He couldn't even
straighten up himself.
"I've already sealed all your powers within yourself," Harvey said as he pulled out a tissue paper to wipe his fingers.
"You're not my match, unfortunately. Just give up.
"You can probably tell the reason I didn't kill you is to see just how much planning you've made, and to see where you're from.
"I also want to see if anyone cares if something like this happens in Wolsing. Now that I've achieved my objectives, I have no more use for you."
Harvey sighed as he smiled mischievously.
"You either surrender and tell me everything... Or you can kill yourself.
"Now, there are two paths before you. What will you choose?"
The assassin seemingly let out a sigh. However, after a moment, a cold glint appeared in his
eyes.
"You could have captured me a long time ago, but you kept on testing me. Kept on giving me a chance to survive.
"You wanted to prove to me that luck won't save me so that I will tell you who's behind all this willingly, right?"
Harvey shrugged. "I guess. It's up to you."
"Fine. Do you want to know who's behind this? I'll tell you now. It's..."
Suddenly, the sound of a firearm rang.Content © NôvelDrama.Org 2024.
There was disbelief in the assassin's eyes as liquid of red and white started to flow from the hole in between his eyes.
He struggled to say something, but in the end, he simply collapsed on the ground.
At the same time, Harvey narrowed his eyes and looked behind him. At the entrance of the alleyway, men and women wearing red uniforms appeared behind him.
They all wore a cold expression on their faces.
A young man looked like a captain was blowing the smoke coming out from the muzzle of his gun. He slowly turned around, about to leave.
"You're from the Dragon Cell?" Harvey said with a frown as he observed their uniform.
"Even if you're from Dragon Cell, you killed the man I've captured in front of me. Aren't you going to offer me any explanation?"
The young man, who had already turned around, paused. He turned his head and gave Harvey a glance before speaking in a holier-than-thou manner, "You're Harvey York, correct?
"Our boss found out that you and Ms. Xavier are in danger. We're sent here to protect her. "You're lucky that we managed to save you. You don't have to be too grateful to us. As for everything you've seen... Someone will see you to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
"As long as you don't leak out what happened today, you don't have anything to worry about anymore."
After he had finished, the group was going to leave without worrying about Harvey anymore. "A non-disclosure agreement?" Harvey suddenly laughed as he looked at the young man. "You're worried about me leaking out what happens when you're bold enough to simply silence him permanently?"
"I dare you to say that again..." The young man turned around and looked at Harvey, his eyes icy.
