Chapter 84

She was stunned and annoyed while Nick was slightly frowning. She had a strong desire to remove the

females' eyes and slapped all of them as they drooled over her man's bare torso.Instinctively, she

blocked their view . Her back was on Nick and she was glaring at them.

She turned her head to say hastily," Button your shirt!"

"But I thought you want to dance honey?" he asked.

Nick was secretly smiling. He thought that it won't hurt to play with her a little. She had been frustrating

him with her rules. It was high time that he gave her a dose of her own medicine. She was the one who

wanted him to go out with his shirt open. He had seen how possessive she could be like him and now

she really looked angry and jealous as hell.

Suddenly the lights were off and a slow music started to play. Before she could retort to what he said,

Rebecca, Lyn and Eve came to them.

"Girlfriend! The girls want to see Nick up close! " her best friend said with a silly grin.

"Stacey can we go to where you were? It's too dark here. We can't see your boyfriend clearly!" Lyn

suggested with a flirty smile which made Rebecca and Eve giggle.

"No! We are going to dance now! Honey, these are Eve's college friends, Rebecca and Lyn." she

slightly slurred while introducing them. She didn't even turn to him but she moved her back closer to

him. She moistened her lips when she felt his arousal.

"It's okay honey. I also want to see your friends' pretty faces." He responded , a smile evident in his

voice. He even pushed his bulge against her back so she swallowed. She is getting frisky.

"Oh thanks Nick!" Rebecca's voice was way too husky to her liking.

She felt Nick's hand touched hers and tugged it. Normally , she could control her anger but due to the

effect of alcohol, she is feistier. Still she let him pull her back to the hallway. Eve and her friends were

walking behind them and she could hear them whispering and giggling. She ordered Nick to button his

shirt again but he just smiled at her.

"Oh girlfriend you are too possessive! We just want to take a look at Nick's hot body!" Eve slurred her

words.

Nick shook his head. His woman and her friends are really more than tipsy. They are now in the

brighter side of the room.

"Oh wow! Your boyfriend is so hot!" Rebecca giggled.

Eve and Lyn on the other hand were staring with their eyes wide at Nick's chest and abs. And the latter

seemed to not mind that they were drooling over him. She uttered a bad word and began buttoning his

shirt.

"Honey, I thought we're gonna dance?" he asked with a trace of puzzlement in his voice.

She looked daggers at him and turned to the three women. "Are you satisfied now?! You can see my

man better!" she sounded really pissed and her eyes are like fireballs.

A look of fear crossed Eve and her friends' face. They all waved at Nick with sweet smiles on their

faces.

"Hope this won't be the last Nick. Thanks a bunch!" Rebecca said with a giggle.

"There won't be a next time if ya'll act like that!" she slurred angrily.

They blew her and Nick a kiss. Eve mouthed sorry to her but her stupid grin was still on her face. She

heard Nick chuckled when they went away. He then pulled her to him and kissed her lightly on the lips.

"I think you were too harsh on them honey." he murmured.

She pushed him away from her. With slightly narrowed eyes she said in an annoyed tone, "You really

like women drooling over you, don't you! You enjoyed that!"

He sighed and brushed his hair with his hand.

"Nicholas!" called a female voice behind her.

She turned and saw a tall and curvaceous woman with big books. She was looking at Nick with delight.

GOSH! Will this never end? Another Nick's admirer in the house?!" She asked herself.

"Rachel?" Nick had a slight frown .

"I was right! So it is you!" the woman called Rachel excitedly moved forward to kiss Nick on the cheek.

She saw shock registered on his face while she balled her hands on her sides.

"What's with you? Going out there showing your abs?" the woman joked.

She had it with women gawking over him! She might as well just have fun tonight without him. Anyway

there were not yet really okay and she was now considering breaking up with him for real. Maybe she

didn't want to always encounter females who wanted him in their panties. It could get tiring. Even Eve

and her friends couldn't help checking him out in her presence. She turned to go.

"Honey! " Nick stopped her by holding her arm. "Wait!" he said.

"Nicholas, I have something to tell you .Can you spare like five minutes?" Rachel requested and she

sounded a bit desperate.

"Can we just talk next time? I'll just give you my number."

She gritted her teeth. He was willing to give his number to this bitch!

"We might as well talk now. It's so difficult to catch you. Please Nicholas.."

"You go talk to her honey. I will go to Eve and her friends. I need to apologize to them, I think." she lied.

She knows that Nick will not let her go if she didn't say that. She would let him think that they were on

their way to being okay. "I think it's something important. Go ahead. We can always talk later."she

"Okay. Don't touch any alcohol. I won't be long. By the way honey, this is Rachel , our fathers are best

friends, Rachel, Stacey, my girlfiend. .."

She just nodded at Rachel and she responded with a small smile before touching Nick's arm.

"Nicholas? Can we talk now?" she asked.

She wriggled out of Nick's grip. "I'll go now honey." she said without looking back at him.

She went straight to the table where Eve, Rebecca and Lyn were. She put some booze in an empty

glass. She gulped the alcohol like water. She wanted to be drunk again. She felt the effect of alcohol

had gone because of her annoyance .

"Hey! What's wrong? Where's Nick?" It was Rebecca's voice.

"We already left your hot boyfriend alone so why do you still look upset?" Now it was Eve's.

She clucked with a heavy frown on her pretty face. "He's talking to a bitch!" She then took some more

alcohol.

The three women made a sound at the back of their throats.

"I told you that you need to be tough! Don't get affected every time a female talks or stares at your

man! " She heard Eve say.

"Well I had it! I can't bear all these stress! will talk to him later!" she said then finished the booze before

standing up. "Come on! Let's dance!" she told them while heading to the dance floor.

(Nick)

"Thanks Nicholas. My family owe you one." Rachel sounded relieved before kissing him on the cheek.

"The talk between our fathers is long overdue." he said.

"Yes. Their friendship couldn't just go to waste."

"I'll take care of everything." he said reassuringly.

Rachel nodded. "Okay. I do appreciate that. Go back to your woman now and explain everything to her.

She looked ready to scratch my eyes out ." That she said with a light laugh.

He chuckled. "She can be a little possessive like me."

Rachelle's brow went up. " Only a little? I saw you. You almost had beaten up Vivien's brother. Keep

your cool. Your girlfriend is hot and you can't be smacking every man who looks at her. you know. See

you around and please say hi to your mom for me. "

He flexed his shoulder's muscle. "I won't have second thoughts beating up *ssholes." he smirked.

"I'm sure!" Rachelle said laughing quietly before heading to the restroom.

His lips formed a thin line when he saw Stacey on the dance floor. It looked like she was more drunk

base on how she was dancing with Eve and her friends. All the blood seemed to have gone up his

head when he saw a tall man with blonde hair made his way to her.

Stacey turned to the man who touched her arm to get her attention. Unlike with James, she didn't seem

to want to resist because she faced him and just continued dancing.

"F*CKING HELL!" he cursed.

Stacey was just enjoying swaying to the music when suddenly the man she was dancing with was

pulled by someone. She was aghast when she saw Nick punched him.

The music didn't stop so no one seemed to have seen or cared about what was happening. Eve puled

her to one side of the dance floor as they both witnessed Nick smacking the man. Everything was

happening so fast that no one dared to stop Nick. He shoved the man against a table then his eyes

went around the room. He quickly walked to her. Her face distorted and she cried out a sound of

complain when he grabbed her arm.

He turned to Eve."My driver will all take the three of you home! Wait for him here!" he said chillingly.

He dragged her outside. All her complaints were ignored by him. He made her lean against her car as

he got his phone to call his driver. He instructed him to take Eve, Rebecca and Lyn home.

"You can't beat people just like that!" she furiously said when he ended the call .

"I CAN AND I WILL! What the f*ck were you doing dancing with that *sshole?! And didn't I tell you not

to drink anymore?! " he asked in a clipped tone.

"I will drink if I want to! " she said slurring her words. " Let me go!?!" she tried to free her arm again.

His eyes narrowed and his nostrils are flaring. "You are really pushing my limit honey.."

"Don't call me honey! I made my decision, I don't want to be with you anymore! I am really breaking up

with you! A lot of women want you and I don't like to always worry that once you get tired of me you

can easily find a replacement! I can't live like that! I am better off with a plain-looking man than with

you! I wished you were just Derick ! I was happier with him even he didn't want to show his face to me!"

she said.

Some of her words weren't even clear because she was slurring but Nick understood perfectly.

She blinked her eyes a few times when she noticed how scary his face was . She jutted her chin and

said," You no longer scare me! I meant every word I said."

She could hear his shallow breathing.

"Where is your f*cking key?" he asked while gritting his teeth.

She hugged her purse and tried to get away from him which made his face more furious.

"You gave the car to me so it's mine and I am not giving you my key." she said.

He cursed and pulled her closer and forcefully got her bag.

"You are so bossy! You think you can have everything you want! " She swayed when she tried to hit his

chest.

He uttered a bad word as he caught her. "This will be the last time that you'll drink!" He opened the

door and almost shoved her inside. He tossed her bag to the backseat.

As expected, she protested. "Let me out! I am not going anywhere with you! "

"One more word from you and I will f*ck you right here! " he said through clenched teeth and she

believed him.

It made her think of their wild lovemaking. She bit her bottom lip and stared at him with smoky eyes. He

was leaning towards her as he put her seat belt on. His pleasant breath was fanning her face. She

wanted to raise her hand to his angry but still very handsome face. She stopped and reminded herself

that she had broken up with him already.

"I will take you where I f*cking want and no one can stop me! "

She noticed that his face was red from anger.

"O-Okay but this will be the last time I will go with you ! " she slurred before resting her head on the

seat. She felt a bit tired and sleepy all of a sudden.

Nick cursed. "The hell it is!" he closed her door and went around the driver's seat

He had been trying to control his anger since last night. He was willing to do everything she wanted to

at least make it up to her. But seeing her do things which he didn't like and telling him that she'd rather

be with other men but him as Nick are all f*cking too much. He is enraged.

Stacey looked at his angry profile. "Where are we going? Bring me to Eve's! Don't you dare bring me to

any one of your condos! " she slurred while settling comfortably on the seat.

He didn't react. His clenched fists on the wheel.

"NICK! didn't you hear me?!" she asked with a frown. She opened her eyes to glower at him.

"I told you that I don't want you to see my evil side but you have gone too f*cking far..." he said

menacingly before he stepped on the accelerator.
