Melanie got ready, but she did not receive any calls from Frank. Melanie thought something was off

about this, so she went straight to Frank’s room to look for him. After ringing the doorbell for a long

time, no one answered the door. Instead, she alerted a hotel server. “Can I help you, miss?”

“I'm looking for Mr. Moreau. He is not answering. I’m worried that something might have happened to

him.” She said anxiously.

“Oh, Mr. Moreau left about half an hour ago.” The server replied with a smile.

“He left?! No, that’s impossible!” Melanie could not believe what she had heard. “We agreed to go

together, but he hasn't called me yet. How could he…”
