I sighed and decided not to bother her or I might end up making her even angrier.

An hour ride, we arrived at my place.

“Why don’t you meet my family then”I told her, after parking at the garage.

She just nodded still moody, I pecked her cheek and got down from the car.

A male servant approached us with a bow. I noticed Beauty’s face flustered at that courtesy.

“Young master, your parents are not at home, they went for their anniversary vacation”.

He informed me with a beaming smile.

I opened my eyes widely trying to hide my excitement.

“What about my sister?”I replied tightly.

“She left this morning sir”.

Could this be a dream? A day when no one is at home just me, thought of owning place because of them.

“So I am home alone?”

I said shining my teeth.

“Exactly sir”he responded

I gave him a thousand dollar tip happily, then I turned back to Beauty.

Before she could finish, I carried her in my arms running towards the door.

“What’s with the rush?”she asked.

“I am excited”I replied.

We got to my room, I laid her gently on my king size bed and pulled my shirt off.

“I am not going to do it”she snapped bluntly, my excitement disappeared.

“Why? Are you still mad at me for lastnight?”I asked her softly.

She avoided my eyes, folded her hands pouting angrily.

“Just not in the mood, I was on yesterday but you messed this up so don’t give me that puppy look, it was all your fault, I waited for you, I sneaked, I crawled…, I fought, I stood up to mom .., I petted that girl called Peaches and where was Bruno, nope you can’t even get out from just one Tim!”

She snapped back.

“Believe me I tried”

I replied regretfully

“Aslo I don’t want the servants to think of me as a slut you brought home to pass the night with”she added.

We both silent for some time.

I decided to lesson the tension.

“So…you hungry? I can make breakfast for you, recently I learnt how to make pancakes”.

“I am not hungry”.

She replied.

“Tell me Bruno what attracted you to me, please be honest”.

I looked at her suprised at her question, where did that come from.

I sighed then looked straight to the door.

“I…can’t point it out as one.. there’s lot that attracted me to you, first was beauty”

She looked up at me, I could feel her stare but I didn’t look at her. I was trying to recrete that scene in my mind.

The moment I saw her walked into the company seeking for a job. I hadn’t looked at a woman that way.. not that I was questioning my sexuality but I was just not interested.

Then she was brilliant and smart, during the interview, I don’t know if she could remember that I was the room, she was so nervous that she hadn’t look at everyone expect this ethat asked her questions.
