Chapter 802 Lawrence Is Back (Part One)

It was a nice sunny day. Everyone in the city was busy with their own businesses: employees were on

their way to work, the elders were taking their morning exercises in the park, the children were going to

school with their schoolbags and the policemen were directing the traffic along the crossroad.

Everything seemed to be in a great order. The city looked so prosperous and vigorous wherein the tall

buildings, colorful billboards, and dazzling stores all exhibited the hustle and bustle of the city.

In a huge electronic billboard of the most prosperous business center in the city, a piece of

entertainment news was showing. "It was reported that 'The Romantic Love' starred by Rebecca who is

the most popular actress in China and a handsome prince from one of Korea's male group, will be

released on the 15th of this month. It will absolutely be the much-anticipated drama series of the year."

This exciting news set off an explosion of joy in the whole city and everyone was talking about the new

drama with great relish. Nowadays, most of young male and female fans always pursue good-looking

celebrities. No wonder a lot of people were anticipating for this drama. Since two of the most popular

artists starred in it, it would undoubtedly lift a baffling craze in the whole city.

"I heard that 'The Romantic Love' was produced by the JC Group and its purpose was to enhance the

relationship between China and Korea's film circle," one young woman sitting in a coffee bar

commented after seeing the news.

"That's right! The leading man is the rising star of Korea and the leading lady is a well-known beauty in

China. Their cooperation is really a perfect match. I can't wait to watch it. I also heard that Rebecca's

hometown is this city, so I may have the chance to meet her since she will be shooting the scenes

here. I am so excited now!" another girl exclaimed.

"The shooting has not even started yet but it's already so hot. I can't imagine how much money the JC

Group will earn after they start airing on TV."

"Well, I think the last thing that the JC Group will need is money. I heard that the president of this

company and his wife have gone to Hong Kong for many years to open up the Hong Kong market and

now they are marching overseas. They are so successful and the welfare for their employees is also

that his salary has again increased this year."

At the airport, a young man in dark blue t-shirt, black casual pants, and brown leather shoes stepped

out. He was carrying a black suitcase in his left hand. With his short black hair, he was wearing a pair

of very large sunglasses to hide his face. However, his aura could still tell that he was a very handsome

man.

Behind him was another young man. He was wearing a dark grey floral shirt and a pair of fashionable

dark green pants which made him look tall and strong.

These two were Mike and Lawrence. When Mike walked towards the exit, he took off his sunglasses

and looked around with a triumphant smile?spreading across?his?lips. He turned his head to look at

the aloof man beside him and said, "Bro, we are back!"

Lawrence didn't respond. He just walked expressionlessly. But before they could walk out of the airport,

they smelled a strong scent of perfume.

Mike turned his head to follow the scent and what he saw was a beautiful air hostess who was walking

beside him while dragging her suitcase.

"Hello, beautiful," Mike greeted her passionately.

"Hi, handsome," the air hostess replied with a smile. Then she shifted her eyes to the man beside Mike

and she seemed to be more interested in him. Although he was wearing a very large sunglasses and

his face was hidden, she could feel that he was more charming.

However, regardless of her actions, Mike still continued to accost her, "Are you free this afternoon?"

"Yes. I will take a break this afternoon," the air hostess eagerly replied, still wearing her professional

smile. Then she asked Mike, "Will you be staying in this city for good?"

"Yes, of course! This city is my hometown," Mike answered straightforwardly. He also pointed to the

man beside him and introduced to the hostess, "And this is my buddy."

The hostess gave him a sweet smile and said, "That's good. Then we can go out to have a cup of

coffee one of these days."

"Sure!" Mike took out his business card from his pocket and handed it to the hostess. "Call me if you

have time. We're leaving now. Bye!" he waved goodbye to the woman.

Lawrence, who paid no interest in their conversation, had already walked ahead. When Mike noticed it,

he hurriedly caught up with him. He was afraid that Lawrence would already give him a long face if he

still continued flirting with that hostess.

When they got out of the airport, the car arranged by Mike was already there. He got so excited when

he saw the Lamborghini and exclaimed, "I really love my father. Look how brilliant the color of this car

is. I love it so much!"

But Lawrence was still silent. When he reached the car, he immediately put his suitcase in the trunk

and directly got into the passenger's seat.

"Hey, what is the meaning of this? You want me to drive?" Mike complained when he saw that

Lawrence was already sitting composedly at the passenger's seat. "Do I really need to serve you

He started the engine reluctantly and drove away.

While driving, he turned to Lawrence and asked, "Lawrence, where are you going?" Lawrence was still

wearing his large sunglasses even though they were already inside the car.

"To my uncle's home," Lawrence replied in a cold voice.

"Why not to your own house?" Mike inquired. "Though your parents and your sister are not home, Bill

and Lily are still there, right?" Mike had a confused look on his face.

"Just shut your mouth up," Lawrence ordered.

Mike helplessly stuck out his tongue to show his dissatisfaction. It seemed that he could feel some

abuse coming.

They soon arrived at Yuwen's villa. Lawrence got off the car and reminded Mike, "Don't forget to send

me the car I have bought."

"Don't worry, I won't. Actually, I've already asked one of my father's subordinates to do it when we were

still at the airport," Mike answered. He was very confident of his ability to do things, especially when it

comes to Lawrence. Lawrence was such a dominant and aloof man and he didn't want to be despised

by him.

When Mike finished talking, Lawrence didn't say a word anymore. He took his suitcase out of the car

and walked into the villa.

Meanwhile, Elsa was watering the plants. She furrowed her brows when she hear some footsteps

getting closer. She wondered, 'Who would come home this early?'
