Chapter 826 Lawrence's Revenge (Part Two)

"By the way, Mrs. Sharon, I heard that your daughter-in-law has left the city, has she divorced your

son?"

"Not yet, but I think they will divorce soon," Sharon announced proudly, "I'll get my son another

Sharon tried to resist Selina.

"Has Lawrence Chu invited you personally?" Selina called Lawrence's full name. Some ladies around

them knew that the Chu and the Lu family were quite close, while others, who used to stay at home,

were not aware of that.

Selina, who was by now glaring at Sharon with hatred filled her eyes, said, "Lawrence Chu is himself

quite lovable and friendly with me. Do you think after what you have done to his sister any of us should

be nice to you?"

Sharon, though afraid of Selina's glare, did not want the reputation of her family to be insulted like this

in front of so many people.

"Selina Chu, I know you have come from a powerful family, but this is a special party. You'd better not

attack me here." When Sharon referred to "special", she meant she, unlike other ladies, was

exclusively invited to the party.

"You know my family, well, what else do you know about any of us here?" asked Selina.

"What I know is none of your business!" Sharon, who was now almost lost for words, was in a panic

situation.

"Sharon Qin, you will be a laughing stock in today's party and be very sure of that," said Selina, who

resolved to tackle Sharon herself if Lawrence didn't do so.

"You...who are you?" Sharon noticed that this man was different and it also appeared that all the people

around respected and esteemed him.

"I'm Lawrence Chu," he said. Sharon, who was standing in front of him, saw that he looked exactly like

the person in the photo.

"You are the president of the JS Group?" Sharon cried out in surprise and then happily walked towards

Lawrence, and said, "Thank you for your invitation! Thank you so much for calling us!"

Mike, who was standing between Sharon and Lawrence, stopped her when he saw her approaching.

Mike said, "Hey you, old mistress, please behave yourself."

Hearing this all the guests laughed, including Selina and Amy.

'Old mistress! How dare he call that?!' Sharon blushed with embarrassment.

Mike, neglected Sharon's surprised face, and sneered at her, "How do you think I would want to call

you, maybe like, big sister?"

Another set of laughter came. All the ladies put their hands on their mouths, laughing at her plight.

Sharon looked around and was lost for words. She thought she should behave herself if she didn't want

to be kicked out from the party, more so since Lawrence, the party's host was standing there.

"You can address me in some other manner, like Mrs. Xiao. My husband is..." Mike cut in before she

could even finish her words.

"Your husband is Fred Xiao, the president of the XS Hospital, right? And now you want to tell me that

your son is Greg Xiao, don't you?" Mike finished what Sharon was intending to say.

"Yes," Sharon nodded heavily, having nothing else to say.

"Then do you know him?" Mike asked, with his fingers pointing towards Lawrence.
