Nathael’s face visibly darkened as he said coldly, “You wouldn’t dare.”
Maggie snorted, staring at his face on the screen. She was unable to stop the tears from welling up.
Liar!
She wasn’t about to forgive him for lying about his injuries!
Maggie chatted with him for a while, making sure he was in a decent state, which helped dissipate some of her gloom.
Meanwhile, Lucas logged onto Twitter to find himself in a verbal brawl with Andy.
Neither of them was known for their gentle nature; each was as dramatically over–the–top as the other.
While Lucas usually seemed more aloof and quiet, Andy was more brazen and resembled the typical spoil–rich kid.
Maggie dismissed the issue after she received confirmation that the Adam Group had signed Andy.
Andy sent a barrage of messages but received no reply. He was practically fuming.
Just then, Lucas came online.
He saw a madman spamming him.
How dare you speak to your daddy so rudely? Spamming me with so many messages, you must have a crush on me!!
After waiting for a long time, Andy wanted to discuss some design ideas, but instead, he received this mocking message. It infuriated him so much that he nearly punched a hole through his computer.
Who’s your daddy? You got it wrong, kiddo. I’m your granddaddy!‘
Lucas was enraged. He powered up his laptop and began attacking Andy’s firewall. Within moments, Andy’s screen went dark.
Scrolling across the screen were the taunting words. I’m your daddy; I’m your daddy: I’m your daddy
The repetition of those words made Andy’s eyes bloodshot with rage.
Motherf*cker! This woman is looking for trouble!
Switching to his phone, Andy replied with another message. “If you’re having balls, why don’t you fight me? I won’t leave until you lose all of your teeth!‘
After sending it, he realized his mistake.
That person was a woman, and he doesn’t hit women.
But how could a woman be so provocative?

Within a minute, Andy’s DMs and comments exploded.
It took him a moment to realize that his Twitter account had been hacked.
After seeing the posts, Andy almost passed out.
Damn! His aloof image had been ruined.
This battle with Nana was far from over. It was a declaration of war.

Ever impulsive, how could Andy hold back his temper? He immediately called out Lucas on Twitter.

Lucas fired back immediately, ‘What’s the rush? Let me light a candle for you!”
The two went back and forth for most of the night, turning Twitter into a battlefield. Meanwhile, Maggie had long since fallen asleep.
Two days later, at dusk.
The renowned Paragon Hotel in Aquapolis was buzzing with anticipation.
Maggie being a member of the hosting family, she arrived earlier at the hotel. Master Cameron, Ronald, and others from the Cameron family were already present.
Their faces were beaming with the initial success of Luster Corporation and filled with prospects for the future.
“Maggie, you and Joseph will be responsible for looking after the guests,” Ronald expressed warmly. “Even though Vanessa is with Joseph, I have concerns about her ability to host. I still need to rely on you for many things.”

Maggie nodded. She took the initiative and said, “I mentioned this to Mr. Harris earlier, but he’s currently abroad and can’t make it. Also, I heard that his grandfather has been ill, so it’s understandable if Harris doesn’t show up.”

Since the last encounter with Alex, Joseph had been rather dispirited. He asked Maggie, “So, Mr. Harris isn’t coming today?”
Maggie grinned and asked, “If you’re so concerned, why not ask him yourself?”
Vanessa was unaware of the incident involving the trio. Confused, she turned to Joseph and asked, “Mr. Harris? Maggie and Mr. Harris are together.”
“I wish,” Maggie retorted sharply. “But there is something wrong with someone’s head, and he doesn’t allow
that.”
Vanessa misinterpreted Maggie’s sarcasm as directed at Nathael, while Joseph remained silent.
