Ernest's POV:

I left her on the bed and took a

private jet. Davis said, "sir.. do you need to go there this urgent.." I

nodded.. it's not about me.. Dr. Vic is messing with my brother... I know he is

Serene's father but he is hurting Alexis... he is out of country because of his

shoot... I will just try to take that girls mind to stable... she can't reject my

brother for stupid things like this... I know everything.. Alexis tells me

I took rest for the

night as the flight travels... it will take 7 hours and I will be back in N

country the same day. I can't leave my Celeste alone either...

I was sleeping

when Davis woke me up... the flight landed. It's 5 in the morning and I went to granny's place.... I can

go do dad's

mansion but granny misses us... I should pay a visit..

After like 20

minutes, I was in granny's house..... my mother's parents house... as I walked in I

saw granny walking downstairs.. she smiled and hugged me.... she said, "it's been

while... god! I missed you like crazy... how are you?"

I replied, "I am fine...

how about you both?... you didn't needed to wake up early..." granny just kept

looking and me, she pats my back and said, "my Ernest... you grew really well...

and don't worry about me... I am still enough strong to see my eldest grandson...

how is my daughter?.." I haven't seen mom since that day.. I replied, "mom is

good.... I bet she talks with you.." granny nodded... I saw granddad, he hugged and

said, "how are you doing, boy?"

Before I could say

anything granny said, "let's go in.. I will make some delicious..." I nodded...

After few hours, I

went to Dr. Vic's house. I knocked on the door and I saw a middle aged women

opening the door.. she was shocked to see me... Davis said, "Mrs. Harris... Prince

is here to talk with your husband..." she nodded and let us in...

I was sitting the

living room, when Dr. Vic Harris sat in front of me. He looked at me strongly.

I haven't seen him since I think I was 20... yes.. I think so..

His wife placed the

coffee in front of me and she sat in beside her husband. She asked being

hesitated, "Ernest... how is your mother?" I turned to her and said, "it's Prince

Ernest for you... since Dr. Vic didn't want our relations to be more friendly..."

his wife looked at her husband.

Dr. Vic said, "your

highness... I know why are you here but.... I don't want my daughter to end up

there.... You know it very well everything is dangerous to be a royal... my

daughter is a normal girl..."

I said, "my brother

will protect her... Alexis is not as same as me.. or dad.... He is much softer... and

considerate.. that's why he is respecting your choices and not doing anything...

or you know what are we capable of..."

Dr. Vic smiled and

said, "it's right of Serene to choose whatever she wants.. it's not what your

brother decides.." I just kept staring at them. he added, "your highness... I

know your family before you were born... and I know how you all are... I just want

my daughter to be safe... it's my right as a father and my daughter choose

wisely..." I smirked...

I heard footsteps

from the stairs.. I heard, "mom... I am going-" the voice stopped as she come

down. she looked at me and then at her father. Serene looks shocked.. she said,

"dad... what is going on?"

I turned to her

father and said, "Dr. Vic... are you sure that you are against his relation

because you care for your daughter?... or are you taking revenge on dad by this

method that you failed to get my mother?"

Dr. Vic said, "that

matter ended between me and Edwin a long ago.... I am fixed to my decision and I

love my wife and my family..... and Serene is my precious daughter ... I care about

her..... this is the decision of a father..." I am angry. But I am here to talk

with Serene not her father.

I looked at Serene

and said, "Miss. Serene... you love my brother... and he loves you too... I don't

know what you think before breaking his heart.. but I am telling you, he is

good person... Alexis loves you for real, don't lose him for stupid standards and

permission... think wisely, you know any girl will line up to be his, but he

waited all this time for you... it's not like he can't date, it's just he doesn't

want to date anyone other than you... I hope you respect his love... at last he

never hurt you ... but instead you hurt my brother..."

Serene looked at me

and said, "your highness, your brother lied to me... and I gave him chance, I

gave him choices but he didn't chose me... so we are over so don't come in my

house and make us feel pressured..."

I smirked and got up, I said, "when Alexis gave you the same choice then you

rejected?... aren't you unfair to him?.. anyways... I am not pressuring, take

this as an advice... your father knows how I can pressurize..." I looked at Davis

and said, "take Miss. Serene's phone... she likes to record normal conversation."

Her eyes went wide, she thought I didn't notice. Davis took her phone and I

smirked... I said, "Alexis is really a good guy... think about" I walked out of

there... I still need to return to N country, my Celeste must be alone...
