more is that Dad is silent… something is going on….

Alexis said, “He

must me trying to get close to her…. I don’t think this it’s just her crush… or

she won’t be this defending against us.”

I looked at Alexis on

this, Serene was just glaring at Alexis…

Dad asked, “Evelyn..

is there something we don’t know…”

I looked at dad. I

don’t want to tell… I don’t want to speak. I took a bite of the pancake and

looked at the plate.

Ernest brother asked, “You want me to find myself.”

I looked at him

scared, he never talked to me like this before.

night?!... what if he kidnapped you!.. or something happened to you!... how

were we supposed to know?... don’t you remember what happened till now!.... do

to out without security! are you insane!” He looks frustrated. I was in tears

looking at him, Alexis was also glaring at me angry...

Dad said,

“Enough!... No one scolds my daughter.”

Celeste got up and

came to me, she wiped my tears. She said to Ernest, “control… she made a

mistake but you shouldn’t scold her like this…”

I whispered,

“I… know.. I didn’t think about safety….

I knew he won’t let me get hurt…. so.. I though…”

Dad said, “Enough!

Evelyn…. I don’t want to hear about this… I will handle this matter….”

Mom said, “You will

not do anything to that Boy…. yes, you can check his background and everything

you please to keep our daughter safe but… but we won’t hurt that boy… because

this time Evelyn approached him… not him…”

Dad looked at mom

Dad got up and

walked out.

I heard Alexis,

“Cherry, Phone…”

I looked at them

seeing only him, Ernest left.

Alexis said, “Give me

your phone…”

Mom said, “No..

Alexis… she will not…. no matter how much you care.. you can’t take her privacy

from herself…”

Alexis sigh and said,

“mom…. but what if…”

Mom said to him, “I

promise.. you will not lose your sister…. she loves you all… and She knows you

won’t break her trust… just trust her…”

Alexis walked to me

and said, “Take care…. and Don’t do anything wrong….” He walked out too.

15 minutes later,

I was sitting with

Celeste and Serene.

Celeste said, “It’s

fine…. mom said he will be fine…. and I don’t think they will go against her

words.”

I hope so.

Serene said, “Come on Evelyn, be your usual self…. don’t

worry..”

Celeste said, “Do

you have a picture of him?”

I checked my phone

and showed them the picture on the first snow. Serene and Celeste looked at the

picture as if they got surprise of the year.

Celeste said, “he

looks good…”

Serene said, “Yea…

he is amazing… you both look good with each other…”

I sigh, I wish… I

can be with him…..

now everything is

messed up…

I sigh and said, “I

won’t lie… I like him a lot…. he is strict sometimes, but listens to me… knows
