** Celeste's POV:**

Mr. Davis said, "I know... but I also know he

regrets it, and Prince is not as bad as you think... you are lucky that he is ok

it risk his life for you... mistakes can be forgiven, but there is no use to

cling into that... anyways I am no place to talk in between you two... you needed anything Ma'am..."

I said, "I want a half

day leave... I need to go home early....here is the application."

Mr. Davis sigh,

case of you, Ma'am... you should ask Sir..." I sigh... I nodded and got up.

I turned to him and asked, "Mr. Davis... why

are you so into taking his side?"

said, "And Queen.. I thought she would be angry on us, but she cared for the 2

year old.. this family is really different..... good different ..... Prince Ernest

Is not that bad.. he knows how to hunt evil and protect his people... and think

about it, if you love someone and someone kills them for no apparent reason, no

justice no punishment... then you die every day, the anger and pain get accumulated

someone kills your love and taking them away wrongly..." I had no answer.

I just walked out of

the room.... Prince Ernest... is hard to understand... but do I forgive him? ... no... do

I have feeling for him? ... I don't care..

I will hate him till the extend... I can.... I am his victim I am supposed to hate

him.

I knocked on the

door, and I was allowed in. I walked in and he looked at me, then he kept the

file aside. He rested his face on his palm and looked at me.. god! why he looks

this good?.. and why is he being flirty?

He said, "Love....

Did you missed me?..." I got red..... I am getting butterflies...

I walked further,

and passed him the application. I said, "I want a half leave... if possible..."

He opened the

application and read it. he said, "... reason?"

I said, "I have

some personal things to do..." he raised his eyebrow and said, "like what?"

He is playing, I

said, "I said personal.. so it should not be asked..." Ernest chuckled and then

said, "I am your husband,... there shouldn't be anything personal here..."

My heart is

beating fast. He then said, "ok... you can go since I am a good husband, but next

time.. spell your name correctly.. ..love" did I made mistake..

He added with smirk,

"Mrs. Celeste Ernest Gray...." My face got redder.. what is wrong with him!

I got home and

dad was in his weapon room, so I went to see him... as I am going to tell dad

about Steven. But as I got in the room, Steven was already there. Dad looked at

me and said, "Cele.. want to try..."

lying...

Steven said,

"actually Uncle, I am here to take Celeste on a date.." Dad smiled and said,

"sure.."

I said, "I... I am

tired... I won't go sorry.." I was about to leave, but Steven said, "Celeste...

please?"

I looked at dad and

then said, "fine... I will get ready..."

We are having

dinner, I am not in mood. Actually after I got to know about Steven, I can't

even look at him, even when he is sweet and nice to me.... I can' trust him.
