Celeste's POV:**

I sat in the car and I am worried, I hope

this ends well...

I got a call from Mr.

Davis, he told me Prince Ernest has something important to do so they are not

coming to the office... that means I will have a peaceful day at work...

After few hours,

Ace asked to

have lunch with him. I agreed, I don't want to say no... like we are getting

friendly, we are friends...

I was eating with

him a small café, I was excited to eat... I feel so good to eat tasty things... Ace

was all cool, he said, "food is pretty good..." I agree with him... I got a call,

it was Steven, he asked, "Celeste..

where are you?... I wonder if you could have lunch with me..."

I said hesitantly,

"I.... am having lunch... in *** café..." he said\, "yes.. I will join... I will be

there.. I am near your office anyways.." before I could say anything he ended

the call...

I looked at Ace and

said, "sorry... but Steven is coming, before I could say anything... he ended the

call... is it ok with you.."

he still smiled and said, "it's fine... I know you don't mean it..." I said, "I am

sorry..."

He continued

eating, he said, "Celeste..." I looked at him, he called me differently... he said,

He added, "I won't

ask for much... but consider me as a man... not as your bodyguard or friend... I want

to be a man in your eyes..." I was speechless.. does he means he still feels for

me... I looked down... what can I say?

After few minutes,

Steven sat beside Ace and said, "you look pretty..." I tried to smile... Steven

said, "nice to see you good Mr. Ace... I am glad you are protecting my fiancé..."

Ace nodded and

said, "it's my job... and I have personal reasons to protect Celeste... since she

is my friend..." I saw a weird protective expression on Ace's face... Steven nodded

and smirked, he said to me, "Celeste... how about you take a half day and come

with me for shopping" Ace looked at me and then down... this is weird... Steven

considers him as my fiancé and Ace, he has feelings for me..

I said as stuttered, "I am sorry but I

can't.... I have to work... I can't get a day off today....." Steven looked at me and

said, "oh!... I though... though we could spend time with each other... since.. we

are going to get engaged..."

I looked at him as

he said this, he is accepting way more.... I feel guilty, really guilty to get

fiancé... I am Law student and I am doing wrong by this.. even though the

marriage was now proper... I need to scatter this marriage before I get engaged...

I know dad choose someone nice for me so he can save me from Ernest...

I said, "Steven... I

have to tell you this..." I added, "can you wait.... For the engagement.... I mean... I

am still legal wife of someone... and I need time to get out these emotions..

this is hard for me..."

Ace just looked at me, I think he

understand me the best... Steven took my hand in his and said, "your ring finger

is healed from the pain... give me a chance... the only way to get him away from

you to get another ring in this finger... I can protect you.." I was frozen.
