MADE FOR EACH OTHER

CHAPTER 38

CHAPTER 38

DUA'S POV:

"Take care of yourself." Armaan said.

"Yes. I will. You too. Okay" i said.

Armaan hugged me for last time. I guess.

"oh. Armaan I'm gonna go for shopping today. I need some stuff's" I said remembering.

"Okay. Don't stay away for too long. And take the driver no need for that uber." He said rolling his eye's.

He has something against me and my uber cab's. I find them so convenient.

I just nodded smilingly at my husband.

He made his way to the car. I waved at him as I saw him leaving the house.

'Armaan you'll be the reason for my death. What are doing armaan.' I murmured to my self. I've doing

that too much lately.

I went back inside in her room for a quick short nap. My bed is awaiting for me.

If you'd ask me that I had to go and do grocery shopping for my house I would have laugh at you.

Because it would be last thing in my to do list. I never went grocery shopping. Hell I never went in the

kitchen too. Don't ask why. I never.

I was confused at various point. Many various point. I mean I was confused to which exactly brand I

should take. Don't ever take me to grocery shopping again.

I was passing by the fruit section when I saw him. No not armaan. I mean I whish but him. The guy

from the gym. That horrifying guy. He was creeping giving me baddest vibes. I gulped looking at him. If

you think I'll go and chit chat with him about the weather and life then you are absolutely wrong.

Absolutely. I passed in front of him pretending that I never saw him.

The grocery shopping was what word should I use awkward. I got lost. You'll probably think if I went

alone how would I get lost. I mean to say that I left my trolley at one place and got lost. It's on you to

decide who got lost the trolley or me. I'll prefer myself.

I was stuffing the grocery stuff in the car. Where did the driver went. Luckily I had car keys. Spare one. I

mean how. It's long story. Suddenly I felt something was watching me. I quickly turned but there was no

one. 'Weird' I murmured again. I was again having bad vibes. The same one I have whenever I am

close to that gym guy. 'It might be just your imagination.' I murmured and was back to my paused

activity.

But still I was felling the chills. All the hairs on my body stood erect on my skin. Adrenaline rush within

me. I began to recite kulhs and kursi.

"Ma'am" I turned to look at the driver.

Thank goodness. At least I am not alone.

"Sorry ma'am. I had some urgent stuff to do. I'll do this. You may sit in the car." He said pulling the

trolley and moving stuffs.

I nodded at him. I turned back again but I clearly saw someone moving quickly when I turned. I didn't

had the guts to go and check upon it. Who would. I rushed to sit inside the car. I felt somewhat safe in

the car. After a few minutes the driver came in.

I looked outside the window. The weather was different and weird lately. It was cold and chill. Like it's

gone rain or worse thunderstorms. Did I ever tell you that I am scared of the thunder noise. Not too

much but it always scared me.

It was past magrib I was sitting by the window seeing the rain drop falling on the window pane and

sliding down and sipping my hot coffee. Thankfully it was only raining. Though it was summer currently

but the weather has his own mind and does what pleases him. I left a deep breath and turned up to

look at sky. It was dark more then usually it should be. Why I am having so deep thoughts about

weather. Really what's wrong dua.

My phone began to ring. I smiled seeing the caller ID. It was him armaan.

"Hello. Assalamu Walaikum." I said receiving the call.

"Walakumus Salaam." Hw said and paused.

"Dua" he said softly.

"Hmm" I responded. He makes me speechless. Not my fault.

" I might be late. I have too much work honestly. I did want to stay and come back home but I am stuck

with the work. Will you be fine. I promise I'll try my best to finish it and come quickly." He ranted. I

quietly kept listening to it.

"It's okay armaan. Take your time. I will be waiting for you." I said.

"Really. Dua. Is someone missing me." He said. Back to cocky armaan.

"I am hanging up. Come soon." I said pretending not to hear his last sentence.

"Okay. Came back tomorrow a bit early. I wanted to clean all the guest rooms." I said to the maid.

"Okay madam." She said and left.

Usually she's always leaves after armaan comes but his gonna be late. It was no point for her wait until

then she has a family to look after too.

"What's wrong with the lights." I groaned loudly.

It's typical in India to have power cut after it rains. I got up from the kitchen stool and walked towards

the hall I am gonna wait for him to return in the hall on the comfy couch. I lit up a few candles in the

hall.

'' when would current be back. Uff." I said again.

Luckily my phone was charged. So I might just scroll Instagram or something.

I woke up by the noise of something falling when did I felt asleep. I rubbed my face with my hands.

When again I heard noises. Should I go check or should I not.

In the end you'll make a fool out off yourself because it's gonna be the window making sound because

of wind or it would be the wind itself. I laughed at my self. My all laughter died in my throat when I felt

someone or something black shadow like moving quickly. Còntens bel0ngs to Nô(v)elDr/a/ma.Org

"Gho..gho...ghost." I said panicked completely.

"Dua be practical. Ghost do not exist right. Don't panic. It might be just your imagination again. Now

when you'll go and check it would be nothing I swear. It's nothing. " I murmured to myself.

I picked up the candle stand and began to walk towards the non-existing ghost. I took each steps

slowly. I was panicked like I never been before. It was like walking a live horror movie. I went deeper in

the house. I looked at each corner in the kitchen with the candle light to see someone or something but

there was no one.

"See. I told you it's your imagination only..." "aahhhhh.." I screamed when someone touched my both

shoulders
