Mated to my sister’s ugly mate

Little Alpha Dominic shook his head, his gaze filled with disbelief. “He doesn’t know.”

Alpha Kilian sneered, his lips curling into a mocking smile. If Alpha Dominic hadn’t been tainted by Shadow, he might have commended his fellow alpha for his bravery.

“What’s the matter between you and Shadow?”

No wonder Shadow had been acting strangely for the past few days. It seemed she already knew his true identity.

Although he had suspected this before, he didn’t expect it to be because she had met Little Alpha Dominic.

Little Alpha Dominic asked, his curiosity piqued, “Is she really your Luna?”

Alpha Kilian raised an eyebrow slightly, flashing a faint smile. “What do you think?”

Little Alpha Dominic burst out angrily, “But isn’t your Luna ugly?”

Alpha Kilian’s tone remained unchanged, but there was a hint of dignity in his voice. “Say that again.”

Little Alpha Dominic certainly didn’t dare to repeat himself. He simply spilled all the details of what had transpired in the past few days, even going so far as to praise Shadow’s cooking skills. “Shadow’s food is actually quite tasty.”

Alpha Kilian shot him a fierce glare. “What did you just call her?”

Under his intimidating gaze, Little Alpha Dominic weakly said, “Sister-in-law.”

Unbeknownst to them, Shadow hid by the stairs on the second floor, observing Little Alpha Dominic’s timid demeanor. It reminded her of how she sometimes felt in front of Alpha Kilian.

Alpha Kilian instructed Frank to arrange a room for Little Alpha Dominic. As he glanced up, he noticed Shadow descending the stairs with a suitcase in hand.

His gaze fixated on her suitcase for a moment before he coldly questioned, “What are you doing?”

“What does it look like?” She couldn’t bear to live under the same roof as Alpha Kilian any longer.

“Help Young Madame take her suitcase to the master bedroom.” Alpha Kilian looked at Shadow, but his instructions were directed at the bodyguard.

The bodyguard promptly approached to retrieve Shadow’s suitcase and ascended the stairs towards Alpha Kilian’s bedroom.

Shadow didn’t even have a chance to stop them.

Her frustration got the better of her, and she shouted at him, “Alpha Kilian, you’ve gone too far!”

Alpha Kilian’s tone remained indifferent. “We are mates, destined to share the same room. What’s the problem?”

Shadow thought Alpha Kilian was as shameless as the rest of the Lycan family.

She couldn’t reason with Alpha Kilian, nor did she have the energy to argue with him. With determination, she turned to leave. However, she was blocked by a bodyguard.

She glanced at Alpha Kilian incredulously. “What do you mean by this?”

Alpha Kilian didn’t immediately respond. Instead, he stood up and leisurely adjusted his sleeves. His expression was chillingly indifferent. “Do you think you can come and go from the Lycan family as you please?”

Shadow’s expression subtly changed.

There were rumors that Alpha Kilian’s face had been disfigured and his sexual functions compromised. Yet, he was perfectly healthy, and the person who knew this truth must be someone extremely close to him.

Now that Shadow was aware, he wouldn’t let her go so easily.

Alpha Kilian saw the change in Shadow’s expression and knew she had grasped the meaning behind his words.

He slowly approached her, a cold smile playing on his lips. “Those connected to me won’t escape so easily. Besides, you are my Luna. Don’t overthink things and refrain from engaging in futile actions. Even in death, you’ll only find rest by my side.”

Shadow had been married to Alpha Kilian for nearly three months and had encountered the arrogant “Alpha Dominic”. But this was the first time she had seen Alpha Kilian in a form that resembled a ferocious beast exuding aggression and danger.

He possessed an air that exceeded that of a mere rich kid; instead, he seemed like a devil emerging from the depths of darkness.

She recalled Little Alpha Dominic’s appraisal of Alpha Kilian as the “Devil King.”

Alpha Kilian looked at Shadow’s expression with satisfaction. His low voice contained a terrifying tenderness. “Don’t appear so frightened. Just be obedient, and I will treat you well.”

Was she scared?

Shadow tightly clenched her fists, only then realizing that her palms were damp with perspiration.

She recalled a time in the rented house when she dug out bullets for Alpha Kilian without any anesthesia. He remained silent throughout the ordeal, never losing consciousness.

She should have realized it earlier. A man with such inhuman determination couldn’t simply be an arrogant young master. He must possess deeper thoughts than anyone else and be a devil emerging from the abyss.

Shadow opened her mouth, but no words escaped. She couldn’t speak.

Alpha Kilian reached out to touch her head, his touch surprisingly gentle. “You haven’t properly inspected our room yet. Allow me to show you.”

Struggling a bit, Shadow found Alpha Kilian paying no mind. Instead, he forcefully led her upstairs towards the master bedroom.

He guided her into the walk-in closet.

The moment Shadow entered, she was stunned.

The walk-in closet was filled with women’s clothes, more than half of the space occupied by new season’s models, including bags and shoes.

With so many clothes, it would take her months to wear everything.

Alpha Kilian stood by the side, carefully observing her reaction.

Xavier had mentioned that no woman could resist such things.

At the sight of Shadow’s astonished expression, Alpha Kilian spoke. “I had these prepared according to your clothing size.”

Shadow turned to face him, her cat-like eyes icy. “It seems that Alpha Lycan is quite skilled at comforting someone after threatening them.”

It appeared that apologies and admitting mistakes weren’t in Alpha Kilian’s vocabulary. He desired control, holding the absolute power in his hands.

Shadow knew about his true identity before he even discovered her and Little Alpha Dominic.

Alpha Kilian smiled. “Consider this a little game between us, mate and Luna. It’s more fitting.”

His words left her speechless.

Shadow walked away with a serious expression, no longer willing to engage in conversation with him.

If she continued to glare at Alpha Kilian, she would want to tear his face apart. Yet, she didn’t dare. The best course of action was to avoid looking at him altogether.

Returning to her room, she discovered that her bed was gone.

She spun around and rushed back to the corridor, leaning against the railing. From there, she witnessed a bodyguard carrying the bed out of the hall.

There was something seriously wrong with Alpha Kilian!

In order to accommodate her in the master bedroom, he had actually removed her bed.

Out of nowhere, Little Alpha Dominic appeared by her side, mimicking her posture as he leaned on the railing. Following her line of sight, he peered out. “Cousin is treating you kindly.”

Shadow couldn’t agree with his statement.Text © 2024 NôvelDrama.Org.

Little Alpha Dominic adopted a grave expression. “If it were me, my cousin wouldn’t have someone carry the bed away, he would’ve thrown me out directly.”

Shadow found no solace in his words. She regarded him coldly. “Are you his cousin?”

“Yes. My mother and his father are siblings.” Little Alpha Dominic shrugged, exuding helplessness.
