Mr. Neal, Mrs. Neal’s Gone With The Money

Chapter 660

Chapter 660

Even the usually composed Yves had lost his composure at this moment, and he exuded a terrifying aura.

“What makes you think I’ll believe you?” Yves spoke harshly.

Sean’s mouth bled from the punch, and he was still dazed.

He never expected that Yves would actually strike him!

“Pack your things and get out immediately,” Yves said, his tone as cold as his aura.

Sean came from a prestigious family and had been pampered since young. He was never scolded before, yet he was being told to leave repeatedly by Yves. With his character, he should have turned around and left, setting an irreconcilable clash with this man for the rest of their lives.

However, Sean did not do that. Instead, he wiped away the blood from the corner of his mouth and said, “There’s only one place I’ll go in this world.”

Yves continued to glare at him, still appearing aloof

“Your bed,” Sean added.

Thud!

Yves punched him again.

Both sides of Sean’s face were punched,

Yves was surprised as he thought Sean would avoid the blow.

“You’re just hurting your hands.” Sean was not angry. Instead, he picked up the pristine ashtray from the table and handed it

to Yves. “Use this to hit me. It won’t hurt your hands, and it’ll have a good critical damage effect.”

Yves was furious.

Sean slowly put the ashtray down and seriously said, “I really want to talk to you.”

“No chance. If you don’t leave, I will.” Yves avoided his gaze and suppressed all the emotions inside him.

“Yves!” Sean called after him.

Without looking back, Yves went to his room to pack his belongings.

Sean stood at the doorway, watching Yves busily packing, feeling the rejection radiating from him.

“Weren’t you always curious about how I got these injuries?

Yves paused in his art, but he swiftly resurned as if nothing had happened.

“In order to cut ties with the family, my dad beat me up. Ten years ago, I didn’t have the courage to go this far for you, but now I have,” Sean explained as he leaned against the door frame.

Yves froze in place.

Sean wanted to say more, but the pain from the injuries on his back made him gasp in pain.

Yves stayed put, slowly composing his emotions before saying coldly, “What else do you want to say?”

Sean approached Yves and replied, “It’s nothing much. I just want to tell you that I am no longer a part of the Carter family. If you don’t want me, then I’m truly homeless”

“That’s none of my concern,” Yves said stubbornly.

Sean wanted to say more, but Yves had already driven him out of the house. However, the determined Sean, true to his nature, climbed back in through another window

In contrast to the discord and commotion on that side, Cynthia’s side seemed much more relaxed. After learning that Sean would not be able to return for the time being, she researched a lot of information and citations, hoping to find a way to help Joshua recover his memories.

It was clear that Joshua had increasingly relied on her compared to before, even in such a short period of just over ten days.

For example, now.

“Cynthia…” Joshua came out of the kitchen, holding his injured finger and looking aggrieved, “I accidentally cut my hand while chopping vegetables. Do you think I’m dumb?”

Cynthia looked at his still bleeding hand and, without thinking, blurted out, “Well, a little.”

She swore she was not trying to pick on him. It was just that his words evoked that response from her.
