Chapter 484 Rigid Relationship
Chapter 484 Rigid Relationship
Vivian looked up at him with a vague look. She did not refuse immediately and reached for the glass
and took a drink.
The feeling of liquid crossing her throat was so comfortable that she sighed contentedly.
"Are you hungry? Do you want something to eat?" William asked.
Vivian shook his head and didn't give him a look.
Roe took Vivian's arm and rubbed his face on her shoulder, "Mom, I missed you so much. I was so
scared."
Roe was so scared that he didn't even dare to speak up the moment he saw her lying motionless on
the bed.
Vivian reached out and touched his head. Although she didn't speak, the love and care in her eyes
would melt anyone into it.
Roe giggled, "I know, mom must want to say that you love Roe the most, right?"
Vivian nodded contently.
Roe immediately raised his eyebrows at William with a smile of victory in his eyes.
William sneered and put his hand on his head.
Then he found a small stool and sat beside her and looked at her.
Vivian felt his eyes put pressure on her.
And there was always a sense of uneasiness.
William didn't seem to be right today, Vivian thought.
William's mother Mrs. Lucia came in and held a thermos box in her hand when the door outside was
pushed open. She was surprised the moment she saw Vivian, and said, "You are awake! That's great."
Vivian nodded and laughed with kindness.
Mrs. Lucia went forward and said, "I'm really worried about you. How can you jump from such a high
place in that situation? Even if you don't care about the rest, don't you think about Roe? You can't do
such a rash thing next time."
"Thanks to that, nothing serious happened; otherwise Roe and William would be very sad." Mrs. Lucia
nagged. Now she was a little less haughty and more homely.
Vivian was not someone who didn't know good or bad, but he didn't want to talk about it now.
If it was not for personal experience, people would never experience the feeling of despair again after
seeing hope.
But fortunately, the safety cushion had been set up below, which meant her life should not end.
Her heart was happy the moment she was landing on the cushion. That was good!
Mrs. Lucia didn't say any more after nagging a few words. When she set up the meal, she saw William
sitting on Vivian's side and staring at her without making a sound, and felt uncomfortable.
"Look at you now. It's almost like you've just been dug out of the coal mine. Go back to take a shower
quickly. Don't get in the way here." Mrs. Lucia said to William in disgust.
William looked at Vivian, but saw her turning her eyes and staring at the food in William's hand. She
seemed very hungry.
After thinking for a while, William held out his hand and reached for it, "Hungry? Let me feed you. "
Mrs. Lucia looked at him in surprise and shook unbelievably.
Vivian looked away and shook her head gently.
William saw it and looked at his mother.
"OK, OK. I told you to go back and have a good rest, so take a bath and dress up. You have been with
Vivi for several days and haven't got any sleep yet, How can you do that? I will stay here with Roe!"
Mrs. Lucia inadvertently said the fact and looked at Vivian's face.
Vivian didn't move. It seemed that the person William had been guarding for several days was not her.
Mrs. Lucia was a little disappointed. She felt her son had a long way to pursue his wife!
William left obediently.
After the three of them finished dinner, Mrs. Lucia said, "Roe and William have been here with you
these days. The hospital is no better than home. There are viruses even if it is cleaned up well, so Roe
has not done the examination these days. I will take him back to have a test, and I will come to see you
in the evening."
Vivian nodded.
The hospital was really bad for Roe's health.
Roe didn't want to leave, but he still listened to his grandmother's words and gave Vivian a kiss on her
face before he left.
Vivian watched them go, and the room was quiet again. She just looked at the bedside with a cold look
and didn't know what she was thinking.
In the evening, William didn't come, but Selina did.
Selina burst into tears as soon as she entered the door, and she held Vivian and cried like a fool!
"Oh I'm sorry, it's all my fault. If it wasn't for me, you wouldn't have been taken away. It's all my fault... "
Selina was crying in her arms, heart-broken.
She had been living in self-reproach these days. If she had not been taken to the manor to threaten
Vivian, she would not have been taken away, let alone nearly being killed.
Vivian was saved, and had been in a coma for several days. Selina was afraid that an oversight would
lead to another incident.
Vivian opened her mouth, but thought about the condition of her throat and finally patted Selina gently
to show her comfort.
Selina’s mouth shriveled when she calmed down, "I forgot you can't talk now."
Vivian smiled helplessly and didn't care much.
"Vivi, I'm sorry. I'm really sorry." Selina said with tears almost come out again.
Vivian shook his head.
Selina told her what happened in the past few days after her accident, mostly about how William was
worried and how he neglected to eat, worrying about her.
Vivian listened with a cold look.
Selina probably didn't know there was another person kidnapped at that time, did she?
She probably didn't know William was actually worried about another woman?
Though, it didn't seem to make sense now.
What was more, she couldn't say it.
Vivian shook her head and chuckled.
Selina finally felt a little uneasy and said, "Vivi, I always wanted you to be with John, because he has a
good character and has always been good to you. On the contrary, William has always been so bad to
you, and you've been hurt a lot because of him, including Angie and Roe, but now I've changed my
mind."
"John loves you very much, but his character is doomed that he can't leave everything for you, and he All content © N/.ôvel/Dr/ama.Org.
cannot protect you at all. He doesn't know anything about your accident these days. He came to me
twice and just wanted to win you back through me. William not only has good information, but also
saves you in the end. I have seen his care for you these days." Selina said seriously to Vivian.
