It was an early afternoon and the sun was already out to end the winter and welcome the autumn.

The weather was warm as the sea breeze carrassed their skin. They were on the roof top of Axl’s house carefully observing the city.

” Guess who came yesterday?” Axl finally spoke after 8 minutes of silence.

‘who are you talking about ‘? He answered.

” A girl, not just any girl, she was very beautiful”

” A girl? You must be joking right?”

“Am not, she’s as beautiful as the stars in the sky” Axl answered with a smirk on his face .

” Er… Tell me more” Dementrio said as he observed his friend, for a moment he presumed the girl was Cindy.

He narrated everything to him.

” Your kidding me right, you actually slept with her?” Dementrio asked.

“Weird right? but it happened ” he explained.

” That’s the most craziest story I have ever heard, you realize what could happen if Cathy finds out about this ” Dementrio flared.

No wonder Rhea asked about Axl, he thought.

” I know but it was something beyond my control, I think am in love with her ” He muttered.

” You really drunk Axl, the alcohol is really taking control of you”Dementrio said .

” You don’t understand, you really need to help me get the properties ” he said as he held Dementrio’s collar.

” Get hold of yourself Axl, stop acting like a child ” he said fiercely as he removed his hands from his collars.

He just hoped he won’t fall in love with Rhea, he just love her boldness and didn’t want it to go so deep.

Imagine behaving like a coward just like how Axl was behaving, he thought.

” I really need the property papers so that I can be with Alexia” he said as he drank more.

” Alexia? He asked.

” Yes, her beautiful name is Alexia” he said as he smiled starring into space.

Alexia? That was impossible, he clearly knew she was Cathy. It was the same girl Damien had arranged for Axl, so why did she changed her name.

Everything was just becoming more complicated and confusing.

I have to find out what’s going on, he thought.

” We would get the papers but first you need to get hold of yourself, don’t let a girl turn you to a child” Dementrio advised but he was sure he was just wasting his time.

The Axl he was seeing had fallen so deep in love and couldn’t differentiate right from wrong.

The door opened and a maid entered. She bowed as she said.

” Your wife wants to see you sir”.

“Tell her an busy ” Axl said still hard.

” His coming, just tell her we would be there in 5 minutes ” Dementrio interjected.

Axl was really getting out of control , this girl was really making him go crazy.

Damien’ s plan was going exactly as planned, the only failure was that Axl wasn’t with the properties and getting the properties signed by Cathy was just like belling a cat.

He stared at his friend and was really confused, he drank more champagne as he thought about Rhea, earlier today he met her at the first traffic stop.

She had ran into his car and was about disobeying a traffic rule. Rhea was the most craziest driver he had ever seen , she was just like him and he knew she wouldn’t take no for answer.

He has already agreed to have dinner with her today but he hoped his relationship with Rhea will not mess up his plans on using Cindy to get the properties.

” Put yourself together, we have to see Cathy” he declared as he rose up stretching himself.

” Am not in the mood to see her”

“Are you seriously listening to yourself?” Dementrio began, “remember she’s still your wife , you will have to impress her to get her signature” .

Axl’s behavior was just messing up all his plans , who knew love could drive craziness to a man?.

” Give me a moment” Axl replied as he gently stood up putting his clothes in place.
