Anaya stood there quietly with an imposing presence that no one could ignore.
Her cold voice was not loud or low, and the people in the hall could hear her clearly.
Karley did not expect Anaya to have the courage to respond. She paused for a few seconds before she collected herself. “Ms. Dutt, what would you like to say?”
A cold smile appeared on Anaya’s lips. She didn’t reply and went through the crowd and up onto the podium instead.
The cold and white light shone down from the chandeliers on Anaya’s face, which was flawless.
Karley watched Anaya going up to her and took a step back, awed by the latter’s intimidating air.
Anaya stood in front of Karley and said with cold eyes, “I have a question for you.”
Karley tried her best to stand straight and make herself look imposing. “What is it?”
Anaya said quietly, “I wonder how many years you will stay in prison after you attempted murder with drugs and forged the property transfer agreement.”
Karley was shocked. The audience was stirred.
The news that Adams suddenly fell ill and had surgery had spread two days ago.
People guessed Adams transferred all his property to Karley because he knew he was dying.

Her words again stirred the crowd. The reporters who sat in the chairs dashed to the podium, and the security guards tried to stop them.
“Ms. Karley, is Ms. Dutt telling the truth? Did you drug Mr. Dutt to get the property of the Dutt family?”
“The business world doesn’t seem to think highly of you becoming the president of Riven Group, Is there a special reason why you insist on taking the position?”

As Aria said, compared to Karley, Anaya was more likely to be the murderer.
Expressionless, Anaya said in a cold voice, “I won’t stand here if I don’t have the evidence.”
Karley anxiously grabbed Aria’s hand.
Aria was also flustered, but she was much calmer than Karley.
“What is the evidence? We only believe in solid proofs.”
Anaya did not argue and sent a message on her phone.
Less than half a minute later, the door to the banquet hall was pushed open, and Cindy came inside.

When Cindy went up to the podium, Anaya said calmly, “Aria, Karley, you instructed Cindy to drug my grandfather and cause his heart disease, didn’t you?”
Karley was terrified. She denied it in a trembling voice, “We don’t know her! How can we know people from the lower
class?”
“Really?” Anaya gave a mocking smile. “Ms. Waller, do you know Karley?”
Cindy nodded without any demur. “Yes, she found a job for my husband and used it as a bargaining chip to make me drug Mr. Dutt.”
Karley was exasperated. “You’re talking nonsense! I can’t do such a thing at all! You’re lying. I’ll tear your mouth…”
Aria quickly stopped Karley and gave her a warning look. She said to Cindy, “Ms. Waller, I heard that your husband has just come out of prison. If you help Anaya to make a false accusation, you will go to prison with your husband.”
Cindy was fearless. “You tried to kill me. I’d rather go to jail than be killed by you.”
As Cindy spoke, she turned to the reporters under the stage. “I swear that everything I said just now is true. If you don’t believe me, you can go and investigate!
“Karley not only asked me to drug Mr. Dutt but also tried to kill me the night before yesterday. I hope all the reporters can truthfully report this and bring Karley to justice!”
Her words excited the reporters, who pointed their microphones at Karley.
