Mikayla had stayed up until the early morning to write the proposal, so she knew it well. “Mr. Salvatore, rather than sticking to the rules, it’s better to have a breakthrough.”
If Mikayla’s proposal succeeded, it could propel the Salvatore Group forward and solve the bottleneck they had been facing. But if it failed, it could bring a crisis.

The room buzzed with murmurs of disbelief, agreeing with Evan. They had tried hard before, but the local tech was lacking. Bringing in experts and tech from abroad would take at least a year or two.
