chapter 850 The Dancing Campfire
chapter 850 The Dancing Campfire
But as a martial artist, Finn could catch up quickly.
After a while, they danced with the rhythm of the others.
As they approached, Finn could smell the faint fragrance on Yuer. The red dancing skirt fluttered gently
with the wind, stirring him.
For a moment, Finn felt like he had a crush on Yuer.
Yuer seemed to enjoy herself and closed her eyes. She didn't pay any attention to Finn, who was so
close to her, and she even got closed to Finn along with the rhythmic music.
After a long time, the dance slowed down, the rhythm of the music slowed down as well.
When Yuer raised her head, she could see Finn's face, but somehow, she avoided him and dared not Text property © Nôvel(D)ra/ma.Org.
look at him.
Finn didn't notice it. He wondered why the group of people didn't feel tired.
He didn't feel tired because he had practiced martial arts, but even Yuer seemed to be full of strength,
which made Finn feel stranger.
He pulled Yuer into his arms.
Yuer did not resist him at all and just allowed Finn to hold her in his arms.
And this was strange enough. Even though he and Yuer had gotten to know each other well, he did not
believe that Yuer would let him hug her without resisting.
Looking at her more closely, he saw that her face was too red, as if she were drunk.
Finn could feel that it was definitely not the red glow of the campfire, but that she was heating up.
When he looked at the others, he saw that they were the same, but no one was aware of it.
Was there something wrong with the campfire? Finn immediately wanted to take Yuer away.
But he found that he also began to heat up, and when he looked at Yuer, he felt particularly satisfied.
As long as he could look at her, nothing was important.
Finn shook his head violently, trying to sober himself up.
They were definitely drugged, and as he was confused, he felt someone was hugging him tightly. It was
Yuer.
He tried to break free and run away with Yuer, butt the fragrant smell on Yuer made Finn powerless.
He hugged Yuer tighter. She was so soft and tender.
After that, he couldn't remember anything.
As if waking up from a nightmare, Finn suddenly sat up and saw they were still around the campfire.
Yuer was asleep next to him, but was awakened by his actions.
This made Finn recoiled. If someone tried to do something against them, Finn couldn't resist at all.
Other men and women woke up as well, but they didn't seem to care about the strangeness and left as
if nothing had happened.
It seemed that this kind of thing was normal to them.
After checking it twice, Finn felt relieved after confirming that there was nothing wrong with him, and
Yuer was also in good condition.
But of course he wouldn't completely be relieved.
Pulling Yuer back into the car, he sat in the driver's seat, recalling all the details of what he saw last
night, or what made him wonder.
But no matter how hard he thought, he could not recall anything, and his mind was occupied by the
warmth when he was with Yuer.
As long as he tried to recall what happened last night, he saw Yuer's smiling face, or thought of her
light fragrance and her gentle touch.
Finn was ready to let go of all this for a while. He looked at Yuer, probably because of last night's
dance, Yuer was always avoiding Finn's eyes.
Finn was slightly embarrassed, so he swallowed what he wanted to say and drove away in silence.
On the way, Finn realized that things might be more complicated, but he did not think of going back.
After all, they did not seem to be in any harm.
That evening, however, the situation was different.
About the same time last night, Yuer, sitting in the back seat of the car, seemed to be enchanted and
started to dance, but the space in the car limited her. However, she seemed not to care, and even
wanted to stand up.
"What are you doing?" Finn said.
But Yuer did not answer him, just kept dancing.
"Hey! Yuer." Finn shouted, "Stop playing, it is not funny."
But Yuer didn't seem to hear Finn at all.
Finn was very scared. He quickly stopped the car and opened the back door to check on Yuer. But
when he looked at her again, Yuer was lying on the chair with her body twitching constantly, and saliva
from the corners of her mouth dripped onto her red dress, staining it with marks.
Finn no longer thought Yuer was just kidding.
He lifted her out of the back seat and laid her flat on the floor, trying to help her breathe easily and stop
her from twitching.
It took a long time for Yuer to finally calm down and breathe quietly.
Finn didn't let her go.
Yuer seemed to wake up from her sleep. When she saw Finn hugged her tightly, she immediately
thought of something bad and screamed out loud.
"Ah! What are you doing?" As she spoke, she struggled to free herself from Finn's grip.
Finn released her seeing that she seemed to awake.
"What have you done to me?" As soon as Finn released Yuer, she protected herself in fear and looked
at Finn with a surprised look on her face.
"I'm trying to save you, can't you see?" Finn said, sighing with relieve.
"Is that how you save people?" Yuer retorted.
Finn, however, didn't want to argue with her right now. He felt that Yuer's current situation must be
related to something weird that happened yesterday.
He paid attention to Yuer's current state and tried to see what was wrong with her.
"You're a bad guy," Yuer said, "I'm going to leave you alone."
She got up and ran to the car.
Finn didn't mind. But he decided to find out what happened.
When he got up and went back to the car, Yuer was sitting there holding herself in aggrievance.
