Chapter 1162 Travel (6) Apology

They chatted while grilling. Besides the sea fish they fish for, there was a lot of food on the yacht. Most

Theodore was enjoying the food, while Little Bunny was barbecuing for him. Little Bunny got a nice

craft of barbecue. Theodore ate a lot.

After fishing on the deck for a while, they were tired from fishing and thus they lay down on chairs and

took a nap, listening to the sound of the waves. At the moment, Theodore was genuine in his wish to

spend the rest of his life with her.

It was evening. Little Bunny thought it was time to go back after playing all day. The waves at night had

noticeably increased, and even on the yacht, they could feel the severe shaking. As she was preparing

to suggest going back, there was a sudden power outage on the deck. The lights there all went out. But

Theodore was not by her side. Despite the starry sky above, Little Bunny was a bit scared. The

moment when she was about to scream. There was a sudden light on the deck.

Theodore appeared in front of her, holding a bouquet of roses with colourful lights in his hand. This was

arranged by him, including the power outage. Though a bit confused since Theodore had been

abnormal these days, this surprise did even her fear at that moment.

Theodore who was under the colourful lights seemed a bit nervous. He opened his mouth, trying to

speak several times. After a while of silence, he took a deep breath and mustered courage before

speaking, "Little Bunny,"

"I know you hate me, think I'm dirty. I know I have done a lot of things that annoyed you before, and the

worst thing was to use you to bed with other women when you're pregnant. When I think of it now, I feel

like I should be ground into..." Theodore was straightforward, accepting her accusation of him and

being a bit excited.

But Little Bunny didn't want to reminisce about past events anymore.

"I don't deny that I've slept with many women, I can't even count them, and I can't remember who they

were. I regret it my gut is full of regret. Why was I such a jerk before?"

Little Bunny listened without responding.

"I don't know if my change can win you back, but I wanna try. I wanna try and make you accept me

again, even though it may be naive. Susan once mocked me and told me to stay away from you so as

not to hinder your happiness, but I can't do that. Just the thought of you being with other men in the

future, getting married, having sex and children... it tears me apart."

"So I don't want to give up on you and never will! Besides Hannah supports me." Suddenly Theodore

seemed confident.

Little Bunny was impressed by Theodore's words. With just a few sentences he managed to drag

Susan and Hannah into an unrighteous situation.

But he mentioned Hannah?!

Which Hannah?!

Wasn't she dead?

"You said, Hannah?" Little Bunny couldn't help asking finally.

Theodore also realized that she didn't know that Hannah was still alive yet, and quickly explained

everything from beginning to end about why Hannah became Besse, and how Besse became Hannah. Têxt © NôvelDrama.Org.

He told her everything.

"Damn! Did we get sidetracked?" Suddenly Theodore realized that he had forgotten his intention

tonight. They discussed many things including the relationship between Hannah and Oscar. He didn't

know where his confidence came from when evaluating others' relationships.

"Let's continue our thing." Said he.

Little Bunny fell silent once more, while earlier when they talked about Oscar and Hannah's

relationship, Little Bunny asked many questions.

"When I said I won't give up on you, I meant it. It took so much effort for me just like someone this

much, to like someone until sometimes thinking of you makes my heart ache. I cannot accept seeing

other men with you. Little Bunny, I will work hard. I will work hard at becoming the kind of man you like."

Still, Little Bunny chose silence as her response. She didn't quite believe Theodore. To be precise, she

didn't want to be with him at all, no matter who he became. She had no feelings for him either. She

would instead abandon her than make any changes for her.

"I'm not here to confess my love today," Theodore quickly said as he noticed Little Bunny's silence.

"I'm mainly here to apologize to you today, Little Bunny," Theodore said loudly.

"It's okay, it's all in the past. There's no need to apologize." She had never expected an apology from

him, since apologizing wouldn't make a difference. And, she never thought about forgiving.

"No, I need to. Hannah said I must apologize sincerely." Theodore was firm, "When I saw you kissing

Addison, I slapped you. It must have hurt, right?"

She thought that Theodore was going to apologize for something else before.

The slap was indeed a bit painful, yet she didn't complain, since she felt that she was guilty at that

time-when she was with Theodore, having such intimate contact with other men was indeed her fault.

What she couldn't let go of was what Theodore had done in the past. Simply put, she did want to leave

him.

"The pian's gone, and you don't need to apologize for slapping me. It's my fault. I didn't blame you."

Little Bunny told the truth. This was probably the only thing about which she felt a slight sense of guilt

towards Theodore. She kissed Addison outside of work while she had a relationship with Theodore.

"No, no. No matter how angry I was, it's wrong for a man to hit a woman." Theodore said. "I swear I

won't hit you again no matter what mistake you make in the future. I'm not saying you can cheat on me,

but what I mean is that please don't cheat on me either. And I won't hit you again."

"Okay," Little Bunny agreed readily.

"Have you forgiven me then?"

"Um." There was no blame for hitting her, so forgiveness came naturally.

Theodore grinned brightly.

Little Bunny thought that if she hadn't experienced so much in the past, perhaps she would be moved

by Theodore.
