Chapter 420 Recognizing Bonnie

Feeling aggrieved, Molly still reminded him, "Did this bitch tell you so? How could you believe it? Had

they never lost control? Drake, you are smart. Why do you believe whatever she says?"

"Shut up! Mind your own business. As I told you earlier, my grandfather wanted you to marry me. I

didn't want to marry you for real. Now I have a wife. If you keep harassing me, you can't blame me for

being cruel."

Drake didn't want Sophia to be troubled by those unimportant women. Whenever he noticed the sign,

he would deal with it personally.

He only wished Sophia could lead a worry-free life.

Molly glared at Sophia, realizing she had been reckless in coming over. However, whenever thinking

that they had gotten married, she felt upset.

Before, Drake had expected Molly was gonna make trouble on his wedding, so he had locked her up

and didn't release her until today.

Molly couldn't understand what charm Sophia had to make Drake love her that deeply.

"Fuck off! Don't show up in my face again!"

Drake was in a good mood earlier. However, Molly ruined it.

Molly couldn't afford to provoke Drake again, so she had to leave. Anyway, Drake and Sophia didn't

find out what she had done last time, so Molly believed she still had a chance to do something else.

'Sophia, wait and see!' she thought.

Holding Sophia, Drake said, "Ignore her. Don't let her ruin our good moods."

Sophia stared up at him. "Shall we go to Bonnie?"

"Sure."

On the way, Drake bought Bonnie many snacks, which were good for her health. Sophia didn't remind

him to do so, but he took the initiative. Sophia could tell he must have been fully prepared before taking

care of Bonnie.

She felt delighted and moved.

When they pulled up to Emma's house, Bonnie was the first to see them. She trotted to them

immediately.

"Papa! Mommy!"

Drake lifted her. "Do you miss me?"

"I do. Mwah!" Bonnie pecked his face.

"Look what I bought for you ." Drake raised the shopping bag in his hand.

Bonnie's eyes lit up. "So many snacks! Thank you, Papa."

Her voice was sweet, and her body was soft. Drake was immersed in the happiness of seeing her.

For Drake, Sophia and Bonnie were the greatest gifts from God. This is property © of NôvelDrama.Org.

Bonnie's attention was distracted by the snacks. Only then did Sophia notice Baron and the Old Riley

were also in the house.

"Hi, Grandpa, Dad," Sophia greeted them, although Drake refused to call Baron "Dad".

"Ehn," the Old Riley answered.

Baron asked, "How do you like staying in Sealand so far?"

Sophia replied with a smile, "Everything is fine."

The elders were relieved.

After taking the snacks over, Bonnie didn't eat immediately. Instead, she trotted to the Old Riley. "Great-

grandpa, try this. It's sugar-free. No harmful for your health."

The Old Riley looked at her in astonishment as he hadn't expected such a little girl to be so

considerate. He could tell no one had taught Bonnie to do so.

Sophia was watching the Old Riley all the time, worried he would dislike Bonnie. Some families were

unlike the Lawson family, who liked girls significantly instead of boys.

"This is for Grandpa Baron," Bonnie gave another piece to Baron. Then she trotted to Emma and

passed a portion for her. "Here you go, Grandma Emma."

"This one is for Aunt Aria."

"These are for Mommy and Papa."

Drake asked in surprise, "Why am I the last to get it?"

"No, you are not. I'm the last one," Bonnie answered. Then she started eating her snack.

She deliberately left the smallest piece for herself and gave all the bigger ones to others.

Baron remarked, "Bonnie is indeed sensible. Sophia, you've been a good mother."

Sophia didn't try to be modest. "Dad, we must admit she is born with a good character. I haven't taught

her many things, but Bonnie can do them naturally."

"Really?" Baron stared at Bonnie curiously.

While munching, Bonnie replied, "Because Mommy always did the same in Grandma Laura's house."

Others were enlightened. It was because Sophia had set an example.

Children were influenced by the grownups' behaviors.

The Old Riley reached out. "Come here, Bonnie."

"Another piece, Great-grandpa? I've left you the biggest one." Bonnie passed him the cake.

Warmth traveled in the Old Riley's heart. He hadn't had such a feeling for a long time. Bonnie was still

little. When she walked fast, she might fall anytime. However, she had some kind of magical power.

"No, thank you, Bonnie. I've had enough. I just want to give you a gift."

Bonnie looked up at him and asked curiously, "What is it?"

The Old Riley pulled out a box from his pocket and put it in her hand. "It's left by your great-

grandmother. I wanted to give it to your mother. But now I think it suits you more."

Bonnie didn't know what was in the box, but Sophia immediately realized it must be a family heirloom.

She hadn't expected the Old Riley to give it to Bonnie.

Drake looked at her, hinting at her that the Old Riley also liked Bonnie. No one would dislike a lovely

girl like Bonnie.

"Something from my great-grandmother? I must keep it well. Mommy, can you keep it for me, please?

You can give it to me after I grow up."

Bonnie was still young but quite brilliant, knowing what to do.

Sophia chuckled, "OK. I'll help you keep it and give it to you after you grow up."

"Ehn."

The Old Riley heaved a sigh and couldn't tear his gaze off the little girl.

Aria favored Bonnie a lot. She was supposed to have some jobs to do in recent days but postponed

them as she wished to spend more time with her niece.

She realized the Old Riley must want to talk to Drake and Sophia, so she took Bonnie away.

Watching Bonnie's receding figure, the Old Riley said sincerely, "Sophia, I have to admit. If another

woman gave birth to Drake's child, the child would never be so sensible and adorable as Bonnie."
