Skyler was standing in the living room and everyone was present there. Vincent and Alexander were ready to kill him while Damian and Rose were trying to control the situation.

Skyler’s angry face softened and lips turned into smile when he saw his beautiful wife. His heart finally felt at peace.

He was restless when he learnt that her grandfather took her.

His smile widened when Rosetta started running towards him. His heart skipped a beat when she almost tripped from the stairs due to her long gown but she didn’t stopped.

He stepped forward to take her in his arms but suddenly guards blocked his vision and made human wall between him and Rosetta.

Alexander grabbed Rosetta by her arm not letting her go near him.

“Grandpa?”

She frowned at him.

“I don’t want him anywhere near you”

Alexander gritted hatefully.

Skyler closed his eyes trying to control his anger. Damian rubbed his forehead frustratingly. He tried to talk to his father but he wasn’t ready to listen.

“Let her go”

Skyler growled.

“You don’t deserve her… Get out of my house before i kill you…”

Alexander growled.

“I am not going anywhere without my wife”

Skyler replied.

Vincent scoffed.

“Now you remember her?… Where were you when we brought her here from your house?… You don’t think it’s important enough to come for your wife at the same day… We breached your security and no one stopped us… Who the fuck calls you powerful, you can’t even protect your mansion. How are you going to protect Rosa?…”

Skyler glared at him.

“You managed to step into my house because I let you…”

He smirked evilly.

“I thought you have experience in these matters but looks like your brain is not working properly due to old age… Why do you think my men didn’t fire on your people?… Because I ordered them not to…”

He said arrogantly.

“Because I didnt want anyone to get injured unnecessarily… You think I wasn’t prepared?…”

“And you”

He looked at Alexander.

“You are lucky that you are Rosetta’s grandfather because whatever you have done is very disgusting… You should have been dead by now..”

He said madly.

“Skyler, watch your language… You are talking to my father”

Damian warned.

Skyler looked at him madly.

“I know he is your father and I am trying to respect him for that but I can’t fake it… Ask your father what he has done…”

He gritted.

“He attacked my parents in Italy and that’s why I couldn’t come here to meet Rosetta… He took it too far…”

Damian looked at his father in disbelief.

“Dad?… We have made a fucking pact that we won’t hurt each other’s family…”

Damian growled.

“Why it’s so hard for you to understand that?”

“You might be fool enough to believe them but I am not”

Alexander replied.

Damian clenched his jaw.

“It’s been 30 years… Do you hear me?… It’s been 30 fucking years we haven’t hurt our families… Isn’t it enough for you to believe them?…”

Damian looked at him madly.

“I won’t let you repeat the History… I am not going to lose my wife and my kids because of unnecessary rivalry…”

“Stop being a coward and fight with it”

Alexander growled at him.

“I am not being a coward… I am protecting my family because I love them… I love them dad and you won’t understand this because you never loved your wives and your children…”

Damian yelled.

“You are responsible for everyone’s death not king family…”

“I know our families have dark history”

Skyler said.

“But that doesn’t give you any right to take my wife away from me…”

“Dad it’s enough… Let her go… Rosetta can decisions for herself…”

Rose said to Vincent.

“No!… This boy is not good for Rosetta, Arabella… You will remember my words in future”

Vincent warned.

“She is not Arabella, call her Rose…”

Damian countered.

“Can we stick to the topic please”

Rosetta yelled irritatingly.

“I want to go with skyler that’s it… Grandpa I respect you but that doesn’t mean you can control my life…”

She said.

“I know it was just an agreement in the beginning but that’s not the thing anymore… We are in love now… I love my husband… Did you hear me?”

She looked at him madly.

“He is my husband not boyfriend whom you can throw out of my life just like that.”

“Husband?… We can solve that problem too…”

Vincent said placing divorce papers in her hands.

Rosetta’s eyes widened as she saw it, she started seeing red. She is screaming on top of her lungs that she doesn’t want to leave him and look at the nerve of these oldies, they are handing her divorce papers.

Rosetta tore the papers in pieces angrily and threw it away. She stepped forward towards Skyler but guards blocked her way.

She glared at them and punched him on chest and kicked other on balls.

She took the chance and rushed towards the Skyler.

Skyler quickly engulfed her in a tight hug and she clutched on him like Koala. She wrapped her hands tightly around his torso.

“I missed this so much”

He caressed her face and pampered her with kisses.

Rosetta slammed her lips on his in front of everyone. Why should she care, they are married afterall.

Skyler kissed her passionately letting everyone witness their love.

Alexander loaded his gun angrily and pointed towards Skyler but Damian snatched his gun.

“Enough dad… Can’t you see how much she loves him… Let them live there lives…”

He said.

“You think you can leave this mansion in one piece…”

Vincent threatened Skyler.

“Try me”

Skyler replied.

“I not standing here because of my men… I can fight and win without them but do you have guts to stand in front of me without your men…”

“Enough… Dad stop it… I trust skyler with Rosa… Let them go.”

Rose meddled.

Skyler held Rosetta’s hand.

“Let’s go…”

He said and she nodded.

“May be it’s hard for you to realise it now princess”

Alexander said and Rosetta looked at him.

“But you will understand that this man doesn’t deserve you… You are my lovely child and I am here for you. My doors are always open for you no matter what is the situation… Promise me you will come to me, I’ll always be there for you”

Rosetta replied.

Alexander looked at her with sad eyes and walked away.

Skyler looked at Rose who was glaring at him.

“Rose I….”

Before Skyler complete his words, his head snapped aside With force due to hard slap which he received from his mother in law.

Rosetta gasped and Damian looked at her shocked while Skyler was still rubbing his sore cheek.
