Sold To The Mafia Lord

Dollar Goods

Amelia kept making choices as she roamed around the mall, she had wanted to save up a bit of money but Ah.

Money has a very evil spirit with it.

The money Alexander paid her for the two consecutive months was Too much so getting a few clothes wasn’t a crime to sentence one to prison.

Amelia bought all she needed and went to meet the Cashier who immediately started addressing her.

“Your bill is 500 thousand dollars, Miss,” The cashier said politely and Amelia’s eyes began to constrict.

How many things did she buy?? Five hundred thousand could buy her a small car that wasn’t too flashy.

Should she drop some things??

Amelia was a bit lost in thoughts and that made the cashier almost impatient.

“Ma’am Please be quick about…”

“Okay okay, I get, take it” Amelia didn’t want to look embarrassed so she swallowed the pain and gave the cashier to swipe her card.

Five hundred thousand is Gone!!

Amelia had a tight lip and a deep frown as she walked out of the mall with just two bags in her hand.

She hadn’t looked at the price tags before buying and now she had spent money a lot and so foolishly at that.

Amelia’s eyes were almost bleeding with grief as she silently walked out of the Mall.

Her evening was completely ruined especially when she thought of that smile that graced the Cashier’s lip when swiping her card to make payments.

The cashier said “Hope to see you at our mall another day, have a happy evening”

“There’s no another day..” Amelia snorted out so loudly and people turned to look at her in confusion.

She didn’t bother to look at them as she kept moving to where her car was parked at the side of the road.

“I guess the price of a toothpaste is worth buying me there!” Amelia muttered as she dragged on the bags.

She was regretting why she didn’t take Alexander’s card instead.

The driver who drove her was with the car so she had no choice but to drag it herself.

Amelia was moving with a frown and a pouted lip when she suddenly ran into someone.

Amelia felt like crying at that moment, she had tried so hard to control her tears for the money she had just lost and now somebody bumped into her.

Amelia’s eyes reddened as she gazed at the two bags that fell from her hand, they were on the ground.

Amelia gritted her teeth, Five hundred thousand dollars is currently on the ground!!

The man she bumped into quickly picked them up and handed the bags to her.

“I ‘m-I’m ” The man paused when he didn’t get any reply from the woman.

Amelia was standing there facing the ground, She sniffed as she ruffled her hair and looked up at the man “Do you know these are about five hundred thousand?? You-you”

Amelia looked at the ground again, she knew she was being insensitive now but she so wanted to cry for her loss.

It was only six sets of Bra of different colors, About ten different colors of panties, and few dresses, and a handbag.

It was so costly that she had mentally calculated how much would be remaining in her account by now.

She tried controlling herself but a man just suddenly came out of nowhere to break her strong resolve.

The man tapped her shoulder a bit “Miss are you okay??” He asked skeptically Amelia looked at him took her bags from him and was about to walk out with a huff but the man held the bag too.

Amelia was not in the mood for A random man asking her out, she rolled her eyes at his low-level tactic for trying to court a girl.

Holding onto her shopping bag??Original content from NôvelDrama.Org.

That’s too childish and old-fashioned.

Amelia sighed and turned to face the man “What now?? Wanna take the bag as well??” she asked with impatience laced in her tone.

The man was just looking at her, he wasn’t a man though.

It was a guy on Suit and a black torso.

“Seems like you don’t remember me!” The guy said calmly as he slowly let go of her shopping bag a bit.

Amelia looked at him more but couldn’t remember if she had

Met him before.

“Excuse me??” Amelia asked as she looked at him with a discerning and calculative eye.

The guy suddenly chuckled “You don’t have to be so on guard! It seems you don’t remember..”

Amelia was already losing her last bit of patience in her, She was about to say something when the guy leaned a bit towards her.

Amelia took two steps back as she silently looked to the side to signal her guard that he should stay where he was for the meantime.

Ghost, Amelia’s bodyguard took a step back as he continued to look at them from the small stall not too far away.

He had been lurking around since then.

“Don’t remember. Aye, The guy from the Ball?? Masquerade ball??? Mrs Ron” Travis Whacker laughed when seeing Amelia’s reddened face.

He leaned back and maintained a straight back with a small smirk on his face.

Amelia’s was so red that she had thought he was a pervert, she couldn’t even remember the guy she was talking with from a few days ago!!

“Uh-i, Heyy I didn’t know it was you-hehe” Amelia tried to clear the tension in her voice with an awkward laugh and greeted Travis.

“It’s nothing, maybe it was because the hall was a bit dark that evening and you didn’t see my handsome face well enough,” Travis said calmly.

Amelia laughed a little “Narcissist Huh??”

Travis used his palm to cover his mouth as he let out a small cough and said hoarsely “I guess so”

“Right-Right” Amelia nodded knowingly as she held onto her bag more.

“So I guess you’re heading home with your five hundred thousand dollars goods” Travis especially stressed out the five hundred thousand dollars in his words.

Amelia bit her lower lip a bit, she was a bit immature earlier, what if It wasn’t Travis that she had bumped into??

What if it was some Robbers or pocket thieves??

Her five hundred thousand dollars goods would have been gone!!
