Rush Of Emotions
Ash didn’t know how she got to the hotel but she knew she just arrived at the hotel.
Ash was all sprawled on the bed like a log. She was so tipsy as she dozed off with a heavy heart.
Meanwhile, in Eastern land, Amelia opened Alexander’s room door and walked in and Alexander followed behind closely.
Amelia tried not to get mad At Alexander for Carrying Ash out of the house to the car outside.
How Ash wrapped herself in Alexander’s arms earlier was so annoying.
Alexander did not want to help Ash when Ash shouted at Amelia but when he saw her trip and started puking.
He had to have Mrs Gale clean up the mess carry her to the car and have his driver, drive her to the hotel.
Amelia sighed as she sat on the edge of the bed, seemingly uncomfortable.
Alexander noticed this and said “You can sleep on the bed, I’ll sleep in the couch”
“Oh.. thank you then” Amelia happily spread on the bed as she wrapped herself in the duvet.
She looked like a Fish roll, And she was small on the bed.
Alexander grumbled and walked towards the couch, He took off his shoes and socks.
He dragged on his tie and removed It, He rested his head on the edge of the small couch, it was really uncomfortable sleeping on a small couch.
He kept turning and re-adjusting his position.
He stretched his neck to look at the lady but she was already sleeping soundly on the big wide bed.
“So evil..” Alexander muttered as he sighed and rested on it.
Soon sleep washed over him as he dozed off and fell into dreamland.
Not too long, it began raining outside and it was so chilly inside the room with the Air conditioner on.
Amelia slowly rose from her bed, drawn by the sound of rain pounding against the windowpane. She pulled back the curtains and was met with the sight of heavy rain pouring down from the darkened sky. It seemed as though the heavens had opened up, unleashing a torrential downpour upon the world below.
As she shifted her gaze from the window, her eyes fell upon the couch where a fine, muscular man lay curled up, fast asleep. A warm and affectionate feeling welled up within her, and she couldn’t help but admire his figure. It was a sight that brought her both joy and a sense of longing.
Determined to make the room more comfortable on this chilly night, Amelia decided to turn off the air conditioner. She made her way across the room, careful not to disturb the peaceful slumber of the man she had come to care for so deeply. As she approached him, she crouched down next to the couch, her eyes fixated on his peaceful face.
A surge of emotion swept over her as she took in his handsome features. There was an undeniable allure about him that captivated her heart. She couldn’t help but think of Ash, someone who had desired this man so intensely that she was willing to risk it all. It was a testament to how irresistible he truly was.
Lost in her thoughts, Amelia gently reached out and brushed a lock of hair away from his forehead. The sound of thunder echoed outside, its powerful roars blending with the raindrops cascading against the window. The combination of the storm’s intensity and the man’s serene slumber created a contrasting and intriguing atmosphere within the room.
As the night deepened, the room became colder, and the rain continued to pour relentlessly. Amelia found herself torn between the desire to stay by his side and the need to seek warmth. She contemplated waking him, but the tranquil expression on his face convinced her to let him rest a little longer.
With a heavy sigh, Amelia rose from her crouched position and decided to retrieve a blanket from the closet. Wrapping herself in its comforting embrace, she returned to the couch, she draped the duvet on his body, taking a seat beside the sleeping man. She watched over him, her eyes occasionally wandering towards the window, where flashes of lightning illuminated the darkened surroundings.
The storm outside matched the tumultuous emotions swirling within Amelia. She couldn’t deny the bond that had formed between them, nor the undeniable attraction she felt. It was as if their connection transcended the physical realm, intertwining their lives amidst the chaos
Amelia slowly used the duvet on her to cover him up, She walked towards him and gazed at his face for a while.
“Why’re you so good looking huh??” Amelia muttered as she kept gazing at him, She was so trapped by his charms.
Amelia couldn’t tear her eyes away from his face, a mixture of admiration, affection, and curiosity washing over her. His features seemed like a work of art, each detail carefully crafted to perfection. The way his dark, tousled hair framed his face, the chiseled jawline, and the gentle curve of his lips; everything about him seemed to captivate her.
As she continued to gaze at him, her mind wandered to Ash, the person who professed such possessiveness for Alexander. Amelia couldn’t help but feel a twinge of jealousy and insecurity. She wondered what had transpired between Ash and Alexander, and how deep their connection had been.
Amelia made a mental note to Talk to George about their bet.
However, she pushed those thoughts aside for the moment. It was not the time to dwell on Ash or the bet she had made with George. Instead, Amelia needed to focus on the present, on the man lying before her, his slumber undisturbed by her presence.
Just as she was about to gather her thoughts and rise from her crouched position, a strong yet gentle hand wrapped around her wrist, stopping her in her tracks. Startled, Amelia turned her head and found herself locking eyes with Alexander, his gaze filled with a mixture of surprise and curiosity. This is property © of NôvelDrama.Org.
Their eyes locked for a fleeting moment, and a silent connection formed between them. It was as if time stood still, and the world around them faded away, leaving only their intertwined gaze. In that instance, Amelia felt a rush of emotions: anticipation, vulnerability, and a strange sense of exhilaration.
“Amelia,” he whispered, his voice husky and filled with sleep. “What are you doing here?”
The sound of his voice sent shivers down her spine…
