This Desperate
Ash went in along with other people on masks, both male and female.
Behind the wall was a very wide hall that was dimmed with blue and red lighting, There were other people there.
Ash walked towards the Small bar first and sat down, observing everywhere.
Soon the place became full and lots of people were talking, some were in the gambling section.
Ash took out her phone and logged into the app, called Square App.
This app was only known by a few, and how she got to know about this app was also a mystery.
She went to the Mission Center and asked to hire some assassins.
All the assassins were on display for her to choose from, their faces were covered in masks and they were all wearing black and were displayed by ranks.
Some had a Blue badge on, they were all newcomers with low rank, and their strengths were limited.
Green was a mid-level assassin badge and Red was the high-class level assassin’s badge.
Some had a Big A symbol on their badges, it was a silver color badge with A imprinted on it.
They were the supreme Assassins, the very top and hard to come by and their price were pocket cutting.
Only Top people can afford their services.
Ash went for the Red badges and employed Six of them, and each costly 500 thousand dollars each and they were six of them making it three million.
She could spend more than that to get rid of Amelia.
They asked for her to pay the bill and she immediately sent them the money then they asked for the information of the person they were after and Ash just directly told them, she was at the black market already so they told her to come to the Red room behind the stairs.
Stairs??
This was just a store, how’s there a stair?? Ash looked around, in the restaurant of SS, the guy on black had opened a shelve and they entered behind the wall it was like a mini hall, and now they asked her to come to the room behind the stairs, Ash looked more and finally discovered that the stairs might probably be underground, The stairs was under.
Ash walked towards the stairs on the ground and it seemed to be dark in there.
Other people were busy with their things and Ash was just looking down the stairs others past her and walked in as they descended the stairs and a door was opened for them and they walked in.
Ash slowly climbed down the stairs and the door also opened for her and she entered.
It was as if she entered a whole new world, this place was dimmed and it felt like the real Black market vibe.
It was filled with men and some women who were also there, all wearing masks.
Ash didn’t waste time as her eyes roamed around the room that was very vast, too wide and occupied by people of all caliber.C0pyright © 2024 Nôv)(elDrama.Org.
Ash was still standing behind the door and her eyes went to the door behind the main door she was standing close to.
This must be the room, she slowly approached the door but her hand was held by someone.
Ash looked at the person and she was so displeased.
“Ma’am can we see your pass??” The bouncer asked his voice husky as he let go of Ash’s hand.
Ash was a bit confused about the pass thing he was asking, what pass??
She didn’t even know what a pass was here??
“See I just paid for some services and they asked me to come over here, I can show you proof,” Ash said and immediately brought out her phone and showed him when she had signed a service of six red badge assassins.
The guy widened his eyes behind the mask as he scrutinized the girl before him, she was small but had been so exposed to such things and even paid the services of red assassins.
“Well, it seems you’re new here, if you come here frequently, you’ll be honored with a pass card by the owner of the black market”The bouncer nevertheless let her in.
Ash swallowed hard and entered the room and was greeted by the faces of six stoic people.
Out of the men, two were small looking while four were big and burly with fierce looks that can make one pee on the pants.
Ash cleared her throat “Okay let’s get down to business” Ash walked in and said, “You guys must be the Red teams!”
The one who seemed like the leader nodded as his eyes looked at Ash, she was too little for such a thing.
But then again, a small smirk showed on his face as he led the others to have their seats on the conchs and Ash also sat as the room was a bit too overly dimmed.
This was the room the Red Assassins talk with their clients and it was always dark to avoid disclosing either of their identities.
The leader could only identify that Ash was a small girl by her silhouette which was like a frame in the dark.
After giving Amelia’s information and telling them when to attack her, Ash left the room and entered the room she was in before.
Ash’s eyes roamed around the place behind her mask.
For some reason, she felt somebody’s gaze on her since she came in and she couldn’t shake off that feeling of premonition she was feeling.
Just as she wanted to exit the place by climbing the stairs.
A hand grabbed her again and she felt like exploding as she angrily turned backward to see who grabbed her.
“What’s your-”
The guy holding her arms smirked behind his mask as he scanned Ash from up and down.
“Mrs Moon, we see here! Never knew you were this desperate”Knight Cyrus said slowly and Ash just rolled her eyes
“I can’t possibly wait for your slow plans, I have to figure things out my way!” Ash snarled and shook off Knight’s grip on her.
“You’re just wasting money here, the assassins won’t be enough to bring Amelia down, wanna know why??” Knight said with an amusing smile on.
“Why??-” Ash asked nevertheless, Amelia wasn’t immortal for her to have thousands of lives and not die.
“Because She’s different..”
