Then she resumed reading. She was curious to find what he had said to claim the moral high ground.
When we were told that, Henry didn’t suspect her motive at the beginning so he went to ask her but Miss Nova claimed that that was a plant and she was trapped in that as well.

That’s why Henry and our King family made the decision to end the marriage. We can’t stand any deception, let alone such a false woman. Our decision proved to be wise and Miss Nova proved herself wrong. But we didn’t anticipate that Miss Nova burst with anger and shame and went so far as to collude with the competitor of the King family to wreak vengeance on us again and again after the divorce.
Through clenched teeth, Nova said, “Such a shameless fogey!” She also had read the same part with Nova. “How could he lie through his teeth?! He is the president of a top group! Does he know what integrity is as a gentle folk?!”
Nova snorted in disgust. “They are determined to make up Kelly so they have to do that though by fair means or foul. And, as you have said, he is a biggie, why not make use of his influence on the public so as to achieve his aim? After all, most people are not insiders and public opinion is powerful, making things out in the open is to their advantage. Just keep your shirt on! I’ll handle it. You don’t have to stand out and defend me, since you are my friend and if you deny publicly people prefer to take your words as my buck–passing and defamation.”
“Then what should we do? We cannot let them go without any cost!” Zona was gnashing her teeth when she heard that.
