Just as she expected, Lewis‘ trip to Egron was really bad. The major client who agreed to meet with him went back on their word and refused to meet him. They also ordered their secretary to find all kinds of excuses to refuse Lewis phone call requests.
Finally, Lewis found out from other friends in the industry that Moorewell Shipping had lowered their prices and stolen that client away from Blue Star. They had also promised the client all kinds of benefits for working together, So, Lewis could only come back.
After the presidential office employees quit together, the company had entered a crisis. Before, it was only a minor issue. But these days. there were more major clients who got pillered away by those quitters. Lewis finally could not be calm anymore.
He requested all department heads to quickly find new clients and do their best to maintain the clients that they already had.
Then, he spoke to the legal department. “When will we get a result for the lawsuit on the ex– presidential office employees?”
For the company to have lost so many clients, it was definitely those quitters who leaked a great deal of company inside information.
This was clearly an illegal act. But it was just that there were many people who quit, so it was hard to say who was responsible for this.
