"Anna, we're a family. I would do anything to protect you, including my life."

Anna giggled, "The wind is cold. Let's go back. If Gemma doesn't see us, she's gonna look for us."

Ethan took her by the hand and walked back to the mansion.

Anna could not help looking back out of the yard, and her mood became a little complicated.

'Is Liam really around?'

'I must let him see with his own eyes that I am happy now.'

Anna took Ethan's arm lovingly and walked back into the mansion, laughing and talking with him.

Every time Liam appeared, Anna became more convinced that she wanted to be with Ethan.

Ethan also laughed, "Gemma is so sweet! God! I just got out and I missed her."

Both of them laughed. They decided to eat quickly and then hurried home to accompany Gemma.

Liam sat not far away and his face was ghastly dark.
