It’s been 5 years but I still don’t remember anything,  when my parents are here to visit us I asked my daddy how many times but he couldn’t answer me properly they just told me I really live here. Since I woke up in the accident and had amnesia, it was Gian who was with me, even when I gave birth, he was also with me.

I asked my mommy once about my son’s father but she always changed the subject. I feel like they are hiding something from me, they have things they don’t want to tell me, for five years I feel like I have a lot lacking in my personality and want to know that especially my past.

I was in deep thought when someone suddenly pulled on my dress and I saw my son. He is already 4 years old, but even so he is smart and straight to speak it looks like he got the intelligence from his father even the shape of his face and eyes he didn’t get from me.

“Mommy what are you thinking?” He asked.

“It’s still the same son, we need to get to know your daddy so we can find out why we’re not with him.” I answer him.

“But how? We don’t know where he is and grandpa will be angry when he finds out we left. And also Papsie Gian is here.”

I know it’s hard for me to leave and I don’t have anyone else to ask for help because I don’t remember that I have friends, but it’s necessary to to have an answer to the questions in my brain that my family and Gian can’t give me, they seem to have something to cover up.

Later, Gian arrived.

“Hello big boy!” he greeted my son.

Gian was kind and caring and I knew how much my parents trusted him, so he was the one who is with us. He only leaves when he is at work or she will attend to a certain meetings. He also confesses that he has feelings towards me but I always tell him I’m not ready yet especially since I still have amnesia, but the truth is that I want to know everything that happened to me before I have an accident and I want to meet my son’s father also.

“Hi papsie, how was your work?” my son asked enthusiastically while he still had the cookies in his hand.

“I’m tired big boy, but I’ve seen you and mommy so my strenght are back again,” he replied smiling to my son and walked closer to me.

He kissed me in the cheeks.

“You’re spoiling that little boy again,” I laughed.

“It’s not like that. I just want you both to be happy because you are special to me.”

“Gosh! Your so cheesy and it doesn’t fit you. Why did you go home so early?” I asked and he laughed.

“I’ve finish all my works in the office so I went home.” He answered.

“I told you, you should always focus on your work, don’t worry about us because we’re okay. You’ve done a lot things for our us,” I said.

“I told you I’m happy with what I’m doing Hailey, do you want us to go out now?” He asked.

“We already go out yesterday, maybe next time. Don’t spoil my son too much.”

“I’m going to be gone for three days babe,” He said sadly.

“Why? Are you not coming home?” I asked.

“I’m going to a business conference.” He answered.

“So what’s the problem now? It’s okay, you know.”

“But I don’t want to leave you and Kian, I will miss you so much. Just come with me.” He pleaded.

“You are crazy, we’re staying here and wait for you to come back. Hello, I have amnesia.” I’m joked.

But the truth is I am happy to know that he will be leaving in three days, I will be able to do what I planned because he is not here and no one will guard us. I am grateful that destiny has given me the opportunity to get away without any problems.

The days passed quickly and Gian left, quickly my son and I arranged our belongings. We can’t stay here for long because Gian might come home suddenly and my plan will be not fulfilled.

At first I didn’t know which country we were going to, but my son said we should try the Philippines because he saw it on the internet that there are many beautiful resorts there. I just hope his father is there too.

“Mommy, let’s bring this bear too. It’s a pity if we will left this here,” my son whispered as he handed me his teddy bear.

“We will baby Gab, are you ready?” I asked.

He is Kian Gabriel, I don’t know why I thought of that name when he was born.

“I’m ready mommy, let’s go so that we’ll not get caught. We need to escape already so that grandpa and Papsie Gian won’t caught us.” He said.

So I nodded and took our belongings, I didn’t bring many things so that it will not bother us.

When we got out of the house, a car passed by, so I stopped it immediately and we boarded for the airport.

I was thankful that I was able to find the flight quickly so I was able to book online right away. I couldn’t wait to go out to get a ticket because Gian was always there following us.

I breathed a sigh of relief as we got away from home, hoping that the questions on my mind would be answered. I want to remember but when I try, my head just hurts so I don’t try again because I’m the only one who will have a hard time.
