The CEO’S Unplanned Heir novel (Aurelia and Leopold)

Chapter 1202

Chapter 1202

"Easy there, you're pregnant now," he cautioned.

"I don't need your concern," she snapped, trying to pry his hand away.

He quickly let go, "The only way I'll give a damn about William is if he's my son."

A tremor ran through Aurelia's shoulders.

This guy must be trying to rattle her and force the truth out.

Aurelia was almost fooled by him. She picked an orange from the table and began to peel it.

"It doesn't matter. William has his daddy to dote on him. Whether you like him or not is irrelevant.

Besides, he doesn't like you either." Aurelia said.

A flush of irritation crept into Leopold's brow, "In the Stirling family, there's a world of difference

between legitimate and illegitimate. I'll make sure he understands that."

His tone was like a biting chill, sending shivers down Aurelia's spine. She couldn't shake the ominous

feeling settling in her heart. NôvelDrama.Org: owner of this content.

"What's the difference? I wasn't aware of any."

Leopold curled his lips into a mocking sneer, "In the Stirling family, the lowest of the low is the bastard

of a bastard. Soon enough, you'll find out."

Aurelia massaged her forehead. She didn't want William to be treated differently in the Stirling family,

but Leopold was set on not being as accommodating as before.

In the sanatorium, Agent A had been laid up for a solid two weeks. With Christmas just around the

corner, his condition was worsening, poison seeping into his marrow, turning him into a cripple.

"Has Agent S contacted you? How's the antidote coming along?"

Lisbeth shook her head, "No word yet. Has he forgotten, or is the antidote proving that difficult to

make?"

Agent A's patience was on thin ice, his temper teetering on the edge. "Idiot, can't you reach out to

him?"

"He always contacts you. I don't have his number, how should I get in touch? Maybe you could give me

his details, and I'll contact him right now."

Her words stuck in Agent A's throat like a bone.

"Let's wait another couple of days."

There was no way Agent S would forget about him. The antidote must still be in the works.

Time was running out.

"Any word from Aurelia?"

"No news," Lisbeth shrugged, "With Christmas coming up, the Stirling family is all busy with the

preparations."

"When the elders come over for the holiday, stir up some trouble. Put some pressure on Leopold and

Aurelia," Agent A instructed.

"I've been asking about the antidote every now and then, but Aurelia says it's still being researched,"

Lisbeth said nonchalantly. "I'm guessing it's not an easy fix. Some poisons have no cure, after all."

Agent A turned a sickly shade of pale. He was running out of time.

Agent A glared at her fiercely, "Of course, it was them. Are you stupid? How can you still be doubting

this?"

Lisbeth responded, "It's just that we have no proof. If we did, I'd have already taken it to the elders."

Agent A grunted, "This was their secret scheme. How could you find evidence?" Read at

"So, what's your plan? You can't just lie here and wait for the end," Lisbeth pressed.

"I have no intention of just waiting to die," Agent A clenched his teeth.

Lisbeth probed, "Is there someone you want to contact? I could help."
