“You sl*t! You keep trying to kill Derek! What did he ever do to you? Back then, he made the wrong
decision to marry you! You b*tch! He fed and clothed you, but your blood-sucking family just wants to
harm him...”
A middle-aged woman yelled at Selena.
“She’s Derek Norton’s mother,” Mitchell said from the side.
Eric paused and did not want to go in.

Selena yelled at Flora because she had been drinking and did not have a care in the world.
She did not care about anything anymore.

sorry to disturb you.”

Mitchell was talking about the time Cindy humiliated Selena.
Selena could ignore it, but Mitchell could not pretend that nothing happened.

I can’t bear to drag you down. We’re just not fated to be together…”
Selena sighed sadly.
She only found out how much Mitchell took care of her after the divorce.
