The Innocent Wife of Scheming President

Chapter 447: Finally a Safe Landing

Chapter 447: Finally a Safe Landing

Sean still felt annoyed of her chattering sound from her throat which was too noisy. He saw a handkerchief on the ground and then looked at the uninjured and unconscious Olive and her daughter. A little thought bloomed and instant understood something.

He picked up the handkerchief and searched the fake flight attendant’s body. He really had found a small bottle. It was probably this thing that made his girl unconscious.

Sean smiled dangerously at the fake stewardess and sprayed some liquid from the bottle on the handkerchief.

The fake stewardess’ eyes opened wider. Her body couldn’t help but retreating. Her voice from her throat seemed vaguely to say, ‘What do you want to do?’

Sean didn’t hesitate to put the handkerchief on her nose. A moment later, the world finally went quiet.

After handling the evil woman, he then carefully removed the explosives on Annie’s body.

His girl was lying quietly in his arms like an angel. Her eyes were closed and her eyelashes were long. Her small face was as gentle as milk. The little boy couldn’t help but lowered his head and gave her a little kiss.

And at this moment, the bathroom door was kicked open hard. Sean immediately put Annie down and jumped into a guard stance.

“Young master, are you okay?” The two people who broke in rushed before him to check him up and down, couldn’t help examining him thoroughly.

When Sean saw that they were his men, he was slightly relieved, “You’re here.”

He had liked to run around since he was six. These two men were arranged by his father to protect him. They usually stayed closed, but never showed up. They were like invisible people and only showed up in crisis times. It seemed that the situation outside was a bit serious, otherwise, these two wouldn’t appear in front of him.

It was good they had come. He had helpers.

“We have to remove the threat from the time bomb as soon as possible, then wake them up,” he said clearly.

“Don’t worry. Leave it to us.” One of them squatted down and began to study the wires on the time bomb, while the other person untied Olive.

Alan’s men broke in just half a minute after them. The 30 seconds time difference made the latecomers’ eyes see as though they were they kidnappers. As soon as they rushed in, they moved their fists first without uttering a word.

“Don’t fight. We’re also helping you to save people.” Fortunately, Sean stopped an innocent conflict in time.

The four men shook hands and made peace, were united to awaken the mother and daughter. They spent some time to disassemble the alarm connected on the time bomb, then made their brilliant appearance at the most critical moment.

The smell of blood in the entire cabin made Olive frown. She felt sorry for bringing a bloody disaster to these innocent passengers.

Annie had a very good mental. She hopped up to Alan and opened her arms, wanting to be carried.

Alan naturally wouldn’t refuse. He carried his daughter in one hand and held his wife’s hand with the other. His wife’s hand was a little cold. It seemed that she was frightened a little.

Gerald just realized, “You deliberately let my people succeed.”

Alan didn’t deny. He kissed his little girl’s face, then said to him, “You finally get smart.”

“Why?” Gerald was a little confused.

“Simple. Because I don’t want the bloody killings just now staining my wife and daughter’s eyes. There’s a saying that the most dangerous place is the safest place.”

“Aren’t you afraid that I’ll ask someone to kill them?”

“You won’t,” Alan smiled confidently. “You’re not confident that you could win against me. You need a chip to threaten me. You use your important power against me that the guard who watches the hostages will be naturally weak. And my men are always watching their moves. Once there’s danger, the first person to get unlucky must be your men. You’ve already seen the result now.”

Nate pointed the gun at Gerald, “The remote control in your hand can’t save you. You can be caught without putting up a fight now.”

But unexpectedly, Gerald laughed instead. He indifferently said, “Alan Hoyle, although you’ve saved your wife and child at this moment, I forget to tell you that bomb is a fun thing. I have so much fun, so I install a few more on the plane.”

As soon as these words came out, the passengers grew more scared. This flight was like riding a rollercoaster. They thought they had passed the most dangerous peak, but they didn’t expect that there was still an abyss waiting for them.

Someone collapsed on the seat, scowling miserably, “It’s over. It’s really over this time.”

There were also some people who could see the positivity and they murmured, “It’s not exploded yet, calm down.”

At the moment of between life and death, you really had to be calm. There were several people could do it.

Even Olive looked slightly shocked.

She expected that the Meyer wouldn’t give up easily, but she didn’t expect them impatiently choose to make a move on the plane. There were so many innocent lives, yet they were mere nothing in their eyes. It would be a lie to say she wasn’t angry.

Had they reached a dead end? Even the most basic human nature had disappeared.

Right. They had long lost their humanity.

A soft sight came out of the loudspeaker. Everyone in the cabin, ugly or beautiful, could be seen clearly by Ken through the video.

“It seems that this airline’s safety control is seriously bad. Hoyle, are you interested in taking I over and making it yourself? We need to climb up. We already have all the toys in the sea, but we don’t have toys in the air. Would you like to try?”

In his eyes, acquiring a company was like going to a market to buy some vegetables.

Alan didn’t blink too, and flatly said, “As long as you’re willing to take care of it, I have no problem.”

Kent became upset and snorted, “Why is it me again? You have your arms around your sweet wife and pretty daughter every day, enjoying the happiness of the world, while I was so busy that I don’t even have time to date. I won’t do it. I insist on buying it and will give it to your baby girl as a birthday

present. How is it? Before she becomes an adult, you must take care of her personally to treat it as a deep love of a father. Don’t forget that you’ve ever gone missing from her life for several years.”

This was damaging their friendship and exposing his shortcomings. Alan smiled a little, “As her uncle, you’re not sincere enough if you don’t handle it half, right?”

The two ridiculed each other in front of Gerald, completely treating him as non-existent. The miniature remote control he held in his hand was like a useless prop.

The passengers looked at each other. They didn’t understand. What time was it? And they still had thoughts about joking here.

The woman in white secretly sighed. A powerful man was a powerful man. They could talk and laugh freely in a crisis. Their psychological wasn’t comparable to ordinary people.

Gerald’s face was very unsightly. In his years as a killer, he had never encountered troubles, this was his first time to feel uncertain. Alan Hoyle and Kent Bai, no matter which one, was a challenge for him. Now that the two had joined forces, things had long been beyond his control.

All his tricks had been seen through, and so were all his arrangements and deployments. He even began to doubt whether there were mutineers in his team. If not, how could Hoyle and Bai knew his every move?

However, there wasn’t one missing among those who were caught before him.

Gerald didn’t have time to tell who the wrongdoer was as Kent laughed through the loudspeaker, “Sincere or not, let’s keep it for later discussion. Everyone, please return to your seats and fasten your seatbelt. The plane is landing soon.”

This news rose their spirits. The frustrated expressions of the passengers showed surprised and a light of hope.

Gerald initially wanted shouting at them not to move and bluff these greedy and coward people, but Kent also didn’t forget to tease him, “Gerald Wood, aren’t your hands tired from being held up for so long? It seems that those parachutes you prepared are useless now.”

Gerald’s original plan was that if Alan couldn’t be forced to obedient, he would do until the end and caused a plane crash. This was also what Finn Meyer meant.

Finn Meyer wanted to get back the evidence that against him. If he couldn’t get it back, he would take extreme measure as he was desperate. It wasn’t a good to struggle between life and death.

Those parachutes were prepared by Gerald for him and his companions to escape.

Suddenly there were a noise a few times and a few dark things rolled next to his feet. Someone clearly saw the bomb. Even though they had screamed quietly, they still inevitably gasped.

Kent’s voice was still through the loudspeaker, “Gerald Wood, the time bomb is right in front of you. Do you want to try whether your remote control still works?”

Gerald wasn’t a fool. He knew that the last bit of his chip had been thrown out and he had nothing to rely on.

“Kent Bai, come out if you dare. What kind of a hero hides?”

Kent laughed so cheerful, “I’m sorry, Mr. Wood. I’ve never said that I’m a hero. At best, perhaps I’m only deserved to be called a career climber. And I’m used to being low-profile and don’t like to show up in crowded places. If you want to meet me, we have the chance when the plane lands.”

Alan patted Gerald’s shoulder, “Don’t forget your promise.”

When the plane landed, the cabin door slowly opened. The shocked passengers felt like they had just escaped from death. Some even forgot to take their luggage and just wanted to quickly leave.

However, after escaping from death, they soon discovered that the plane landed on was neither the deserted island the criminals had said nor Jiangcheng, their destination.

This was an unfamiliar place with high fences and iron nets. The plane was surrounded by tall and sturdy men, all dressed in camouflage uniforms with their hands clasped behind their backs, standing stiffly, and guns pinned to their waists. Everyone was wearing sunglasses and faces were covered with paint, so they couldn’t see their true colors.

They looked like soldiers, but they didn’t look like one too.

Everyone looked at each other, watching the gangsters being pushed off the plane one by one. Then they disappeared into the empty ground by a group of people. Injured passengers were also carried away on a stretcher. Alan was escorted by another bodyguard, holding his wife and carrying her daughter to get on the helicopter next to them. But the people in camouflage uniform surrounding them didn’t disperse, but approached them tighter. Exclusive © content by N(ô)ve/l/Drama.Org.

“Where is this?”

“We didn’t just got out from the wolf den and fell into the tiger’s mouth again, right?”

“Don’t say nonsense.”

“What do they want?”
