" Hailey Wayne," her name was mentioned as she mounted up the podium. She stood there for a while

looking around. She was thankful for her brother and her best friend for their immense support of her

dreams.

" People were against me an aviation school to learn how to become a pilot one day. One may ask

why? Well, according to them, my family was rich. I mean super rich so why didn't I work for them

instead of following my stupid dreams that would land me nowhere. Ah, how I wish they were seated

" Bitch, I made it," she added as everyone chuckled.

she descended the stage and walked towards her seat where Keith and Sunny sat.

" Hailey, wait up!" Ansel caught up with them.

" What's up Ansel?" she rubbed her eyes.

" I just want a picture with you,"

" Alright," she agreed as Sunny took a couple of pictures of them. Other students came to join in their

picture taking. Keith stood beside his car happy for his sister's achievement. He was glad that he was

there for her and was able to share in her happiness.

" Keith, come on." she called him join them to take a picture. Hailey, Sunny and Keith, just the three of

them and no one else.

" Fine, just for the gram," he added joining them in taking their picture.

" Tell me all about that date, I'm curious," Freya sipped her wine.

" The date was great, dinner was lovely. We talked about random things, took a walk, star gazed. It was

the best time I had since forever."

" I'm happy for you Jess, you've been through a whole lot and now you've found love," Freya added.

" Let's hope it lasts," she murmured.

" Don't say that. Enjoy the moment to the fullest,"

" Talking about love, I saw Miguel." she half-smiled.

" Where? and what did he say?" Freya furrowed her brows.

" At the supermarket, with his wife. He just said hi and asked how I was doing, then continued his

shopping with his wife." she shrugged.

" He married? That soon?" Freya was shocked.

" Nah, it's been a while. She may be enjoying her man you know," Jess teased.

" Or gone on tour," Freya showed her phone to her friend. She was browsing on Instagram and saw a

picture of Jackie, Mase, Alicia and Kyle on your in Europe.

" She could have at least told us," she passed Freya's phone to her.

" Come on, she may have not had time to or she simply forgot..."

" Whatever, I need to go to Jamesborough to see my mom, it's been a while since I last saw her," she

informed her friend.

" Is she okay?" Freya leaned forward.

" She's fine, I just miss her. Besides, I am thinking of bringing her here. Amelia, my cousin would be

leaving for college pretty soon, and Ma is ageing she needs care and attention." Jess said.

" That's a good idea but what of work can you balance both of them?"

" I just want her closer that way, I can keep an eye on her. Jackie's based in New York City and

currently on tour, Zed keeps travelling out. At least having her beside me won't make me keep worrying

about her."

" You have a point there, when are you leaving by the way?" she questioned.

" This weekend," she answered.

" Okay, take care when you go."

" Cheers to being the best sister in the world and a pilot," Keith made a toast to Hailey.

" Thanks, Keith, and thanks for your immense support," she smiled. After her graduation ceremony,

Keith had taken both Hailey and Sunny out for a treat. What Hailey didn't know was that Lex was

around. He had convinced Sunny and Keith that he was a changed person and truly he was.

" Hey," Lex sat beside Hailey as Sunny and Keith moved to the next table. Hailey stared at them raving

mad.

you and letting you go just cause I thought you had it all. Your family is rich and I thought you had

everything planned out not until I understood what you were trying to make me understand. And I am

so sorry," he begged.

" Lex, it's fine. Your lack of belief in me made me work hard to achieve this to prove to you, that you

were wrong. Now I can proudly say mission accomplished and I missed you," she confessed.

" I missed you too, Hailey. I missed us," he touched her hair. Hailey blushed looking over his shoulder

as Keith and Sunny re-joined their table.

" Sexual tension here's too thick, I could cut it with a knife." Sunny teased.

" Okay, back to our celebration. You guys can continue with all of that later, whatever that was, " he

gestured.

" Take a chill pill babe," Sunny nudged him chuckling.

" I am calm," he argued back.

" Tell that to the dogs, if looks could kill, Lex would be six feet under. I know he hurt her but give him the

chance to right his wrongs, kay?" she poked his cheek.

" Aight babe,"
