Chapter 64 - Love

Raphael POV

It was a beautiful ceremony. Olivia was extremely nervous about her eulogy but she did well. I am so

proud of her.

The drive home was quiet and when we get in she walks straight into e bathroom.

“Olivia are you okay?” - I ask her Exclusive content from NôvelDrama.Org.

“Yeah, I just need a minute” - she replies and I know she’s going to be longer than that. I sit on the bed

and my phone starts ringing.

I answer the phone and it’s Robert.

“Boss”

“What happened?” - I ask, Robert is responsible for Lucas’s torture.

“He talked today”

“What did he say?”

“Check your email boss”

I end the call and I open my email. There’s one from Robert with a video attached.

I put play and my stomach starts to go manic. I want to kill him so badly. For everything he put Olivia

through, just looking at him brings the worse in me.

I start watching the video and I see Olivia coming to frame with Petra. They were both walking towards

the cells, what the fuck was she thinking? Why was Petra doing this? I am going to kill that bitch.

I see Olivia pulling a chair and sitting in front of Lucas while Petra walks towards a corner of the room. I

allow my mind to go blank so I can watch this video.

"Olivia, please let me out of here, please,"

"don't you dare"

"Olivia I am sorry"

"Why did you do that to me?"

"I needed him to suffer as he did to me"

"Why did you try to rape me? Why did you try and destroy my relationship with Raphael? Why did you

take me? Why did you tell your scumbag of a guard to rape me? Why did you try to kill me?"

"Liv please"

"Olivia, only my friends get to call me Liv"

"Olivia"

"you know what? I hope he kills you"

"You bitch, I should've killed you when I had the chance, you think you are so special, don't you? He is

just using you, he's gonna get tired of you and dump you"

"fuck you"

“He is going to get you killed”

“No, Raphael would never hurt me, you, on the other hand, you tried to have me tapped twice, you tried

to kill me”

“He is a criminal”

“No, you are a criminal and I would love to see you pay for every crime you ever committed”

“He is going to get you killed, Mark my words”

I stop the video and I pass my hands through my hair. Olivia deliberately disobeyed me. What the fuck

was she thinking?

She needs a good ass spanking for this shit she pulled.

I start to pace around the bedroom and I do the only thing I can think of. I call Joseph and the moment

he picks up he knows I am pissed off.

I explained to him what happened and I demanded to speak with Petra.

“Raphael” - she says and I can hear fear on her voice.

“Petra, what the fuck were you thinking?”

“She wanted to go alone, I went with her, she was always safe” - she tried to defend herself.

“I could kill you right now for going against my order”

“I am sorry, she was going alone if I didn’t help her”

“You should’ve called me, you should’ve told me straight away”

“I am sorry Raphael”

“You will fucking pay for this Petra”

I turn the call off and I keep pacing around the room. I can feel my hands itching to spank that asks of

hers.

“Why didn’t she tell me?” - I whisper to myself.

After what felt like hours and me stripping my blazer off and folding the sleeves of my shirt to my

elbows Olivia opens the door from the bathroom. Her eyes scan the room until she meets my eyes, I

am fuming in rage, I can’t stop pacing around.

“Hey what happened?” - Olivia asks me with that sweet voice of hers that usually makes me melt. But

not today. I am too pissed off to let her voice entice me.

Olivia walks to me and wraps her arms around my waist placing her head against my back.

“Why did you do it?” -I ask her trying to control my anger.

“I’m sorry?” - she asks pretending she doesn’t know what I am asking her.

“Why did you go to see Scott?” - I bark at her turning myself around to face her and I can feel her body

get stiff and her eyes stop looking into mine while they fall to the floor.

“I am fucking waiting for an answer”

“I told you I had to confront him”

“AND I TOLD YOU NO” - I lose my shit and shout at her

“You said you would go with me, but I knew it would never happen, I knew you would do everything to

make me forget about it, but I couldn’t, I had to see him” - she tells me now taking a seat on the bed.

I start pacing around again while my hands fly to my hair.

“You deliberately disobeyed me”

“You don’t own me” - Olivia says now looking deep into my eyes

“Don’t pay with semantics now”

“No Raphael, if you want this to work you need to understand I am person, I am not an object for you to

do as you please”

“I never said you were an object “

“I am not one of your employees that you bark orders to, I am your partner, your person” - when she

says that I fall on my knees and my chest goes tight.

She is right, she is not one of the people I can boss around but I can’t let her get hurt again, I would die

if that happened and she did it on purpose. She could’ve gotten hurt badly, not physically but

psychologically.

Olivia kneels in front of me and places my face between both her hands.

“Look at me” - she says and my eyes meet hers.

“I know you are only trying to protect me but I need you to trust me”

“I trust you” - I say placing my hands on top of hers

“I am okay” - she says and I feel a weight lifting from my chest

“Olivia”

“Yes?”

“I...”

“Yeah?” - Olivia says looking deep into my soul

“I love you” - I whisper and I can see tears falling from her beautiful eyes.

“I love you too”
