Sean was taken aback by Shakira's cold and impatient voice. "Boss, who made you so nervous?"

Shakira exhaled deeply. "It's nothing." Sean found it strange and instinctively looked around in the hallway before entering the room and shutting the door behind.

Sean said, "I was nearby for a business meeting. I thought I'd drop by to see how everything goes with you."

Shakira was focused on writing a report. "I'm off duty now."

Sean said, "I know. That's why I stopped by to pick you up." Shakira wasn't buying it at all.

The Haruca Hospital's parking lot was totally jammed in the afternoon. The cars barely moved. He didn't expect to see Lonely Bird when he stepped out. He couldn't help but speed up and then he heard Rebecca's words, which made his face turn sullen instantly.

He rushed to his mother's car and shouted at her, for the first time in his life, "How could you say that to Dr. Lonely Bird?"

He quickly said very humbly and apologetically to Shakira, with his face turning pale, "I'm so sorry, Dr. Lonely Bird. I didn't expect my mom to misunderstand us. I'm truly sorry."

He never expected that Rebecca would make things worse before he made Lonely Bird forgive him!

Rebecca couldn't believe her eyes when she watched her son gravel to a woman, who defied her. She was filled with rage instantly.

Ignoring everything else, she angrily dashed out of the car and grabbed Felix by the collar. Overcome with anger and frustration, Rebecca shouted at him, "Why are you apologizing to her?
