Chapter 267 Angela Always Has Many Wicked Ideas in Her Mind

"But..." Rosa Yin tittered and continued, "Arvin wanted to have me, but I refused as I already have

Adam. I wouldn't do anything unfaithful to my husband."

As soon as Rosa finished talking, Nita came over, stared down at Angela, and said with contempt,

"We've kidnapped you and brought you here on purpose. Relax, you are the Si family's dear daughter

Next to them, Rosa's face turned pale with guilt. Luckily, Angela's mouth was covered with tape,

'A stick of wood?' Angela was perplexed. 'What did he mean? Did he mean to beat me to death with a

that you are indeed the innocent girl everyone made you out to be. Have you not heard about the brutal

When Randal saw the fear in her eyes, he burst out into laughter and shouted excitedly, "Angela Si,

you finally have fallen into my hands! Just wait to be tortured to death!"

Angela repeatedly shook her head. Randal wanted to hear her beg for mercy, so he intended to

remove the tape off of her mouth.

But Nita stopped him at once. "No. Angela always has many wicked ideas in her mind. Be careful!" She

had experienced Angela's trick on her before. It was a long time ago, but whenever Nita thought about

what Angela had done to her face with the medicine she developed, it still gave her goosebumps all

over.

Then Randal called Arvin in front of Angela.

Arvin had arrived ahead of time. Somebody was already expecting him there, as if the person had

known Arvin was going to be early.

The person waiting there was Adam Geng.

The man who used to dress in Western suits was now wearing a set of cheap, dark colored casual

clothes. He looked at Arvin getting out of the car, with his eyes filled with resentment.

Adam hated Arvin with every fibre of his being. He blamed Arvin for not saving his parents a long time

ago. Adam had to witness the death of his parents helplessly.

Arvin wasn't surprised to see Adam at all. He was well aware as to who would be showing up here

today.

He demanded, "Hand over my wife to me and I will forget any of this ever happened!" He might have

let Adam off, but he wasn't going to let Nita get away with it.

Adam sneered, "Let me off? Will the police let me off? Arvin, don't try to fool me. I don't trust you!"

As he finished talking, Adam walked towards the row of tombs until he reached the very end; where the

grave keeper's house with two floors and a yard stood.

No wonder Arvin wasn't able to find their location for a long time. Nita and Adam had hidden

themselves... in such a special place.

"Wait here!" Adam ordered. He was not Arvin's assistant anymore, so he wasn't showing any respect to

him and entered the house straight away.

Arvin looked around his surroundings. The wall was not so high, yet not low enough to climb out easily.

There was nothing in the yard but some cleaning tools.

Arvin waited there for almost two hours. Finally, he heard footsteps coming out.

Two men brought the two women out of the house. Arvin glanced at them, to find Angela and Rosa.

Angela looked at Arvin with a convoluted look in her eyes. She stood still without much movement.

Rosa on the contrary, was very animated with tears. If her mouth hadn't been covered by the tape, she

might have been crying out for Arvin to save her.

"Where are Nita Zhen and Adam Geng?" Arvin asked. His eyes fell onto Angela's swollen cheeks.

Instantly, his eyes burned with rage.

He understood that someone had slapped Angela; and needless to ask, it must have been Nita.

'Nita Zhen...' Arvin sneered coldly, which sent shivers to the people there.

One of the men composed himself and burst into wild laughter. He replied, "They have left!"

Arvin cast a sharp glance at the two men again, which frightened them.

"Arvin Gu, We have daggers in our hands. If you dare come close... we will kill the both of them!" The

other man gathered all of the courage he had and yelled at Arvin.

Arvin paid no heed to them and ordered, "Let go of them!"

The two men looked at each other and one of them said, "Fine, but you can only choose one of them.

Which one will it be?"

"Let go of her!" Without hesitation, Arvin pointed to Angela.

Angela finally breathed an air of relief. She was so glad that Arvin had chosen her.

She had always known it. Arvin really did love her!

"Hahaha..." One of them laughed viciously and said, "I am in a good mood right now. I am not going to

let any of them go! Mr. Gu, how about this? You give us one hundred million in cash, and we will let

them go."

Arvin clenched his fists and grinned, "Okay..." As he answered them, Arvin slowly began to walk in their

direction.

When the two men noticed Arvin coming closer, they immediately took the hostages back and retreated

to the house, warning, "Stop coming close, otherwise I will kill them now!"

The two men held the daggers close to Angela and Rosa's throat.

If money could solve the problem, it wasn't going to be a big deal for Arvin. So he stopped and said,

"Let go of them. I will give you one hundred million as soon as possible."
