True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz)

Chapter 181

Chapter 181

Grace Smith packed up quickly and rushed to the kindergarten.

When she arrived, she saw Simon Brown, who was dressed in a gray suit. He was much thinner than

before. It seemed that he was suffering from the side-effects after being hospitalized last time.

Marry Smith was wearing a skirt and a pair of three-centimeter high heels.

Grace frowned when she saw the pair of high heels. Why would a pregnant woman wear that?

Alice was dressed casually. She wore a T- shirt, jeans, and white shoes. She looked young and upbeat,

but her face was full of anger.

Grace knew that Alice didn't like Marry and wasn't interested in them.

"Grace." Marry shouted with a smile from a distance, "Come over here."

Grace paused for a moment and then walked over. She didn't even look at Marry but fixed her eyes on

Alice.

As soon as Alice saw Grace, she immediately ran to hold her arm and whispered, "Sister."

Grace reached out and patted her hand to comfort her.

"You go and pick up Little Gary," Grace said.

"Okay." Alice nodded and said softly, "Be careful."

Before Grace could say anything, Marry chimed in, "Alice, I am your big sister. It really hurts when you

ask Grace to be careful of me."

"Then why didn't you say anything when you hurt others?" Alice immediately retorted.

Marry was stunned. "Alice, you really misunderstood me."

"Bullsh*t." Alice said coldly, "You think that I don't know how cunning you are?"

"Alice, just like I said before, the situation was not very good at that time."

"Oh." Alice said coldly, "In my opinion, this is just one of the excuses you have. You are going to

threaten us with Grandma's matter now. Marry, you'd better not play tricks, otherwise, Grandma will not

forgive you even in heaven."

Marry bit her lip. "If you must think that I have an ulterior motive, I really have nothing to say. Alice, I am

your sister. I hope you can respect me."

"Then do things which are worth respecting."

Marry pursed her lips.

"Alice, hurry up," Grace chimed in at the right time.

Only then, Alice turned around and left.

After she left, Grace looked at Marry and said, "There's no need to eat together. We'll attend

Grandma's death anniversary together. Tell me where she was buried."

"Grace," Marry immediately said, "Are you going to refuse to have a meal with me?" "I asked you

where our grandmother was buried,"

Grace said in a low voice.

"Is it so hard to have a meal together?" Marry looked at her and asked bitterly.

Grace felt an unspeakable sorrow in her chest. "It's not difficult to have a meal. I just don't have an

appetite in front of you."

Marry clenched her fists with her nails digging into her palms. She muttered, "You don't even want to

eat with us now?" "Tell me the address," Grace repeated again.

Marry pursed her lips tightly.

"It is at the flower field," Simon replied suddenly.

Grace was dumbfounded when she heard this. She opened her eyes wide and her lips trembled. She

looked at Simon in a daze for a long time.

"What, what did you say?" She really couldn't believe what she had just heard.

She had searched many cemeteries but did not see her grandmother's tombstone, so she did not know

where her grandmother was buried.

Now that she had heard from Simon that she was buried in the flower field, she suddenly realized that it

all made sense. It seemed that her grandmother would do something like that.

"But there is no tombstone there." Simon continued, "The ashes were scattered on the flower field

itself."

Grace took a deep breath.

Marry also pouted while looking at Grace. She said with a self-deprecating smile, "Grace, I have been

looking for you for some time, but how could you treat me like this?

You kept saying that you love Grandma, but when Grandma was ill, where were you?"

Grace was hit by her words with full force. She was stunned for a while, and her eyes were filled with

regret.

"Marry, stop.” Simon said just in time, "Grace, if you don't want to eat with us, then well just go to the

flower field together to pay our respects tomorrow."

Grace pursed her lips.

"Let's go." Simon grabbed Marry's hand and turned to leave.

Marry did not try to break free. The two of them got in the car hand in hand and left soon.

When Alice came out with Little Gary, she saw that Grace was standing at the door alone, staring

blankly into thin air, while Simon and Marry were nowhere to be seen.

She immediately approached Grace and asked, "Sister, did they leave?"

"Yes, they left." Grace nodded while reaching out to hold Little Gary's hand and said, "Let's go home."

In the car.

Marry looked at Simon and said, I'm afraid she won't ask Heinz for help even in this situation."

"Marry." Simon said, "Don't worry. You're always too anxious when it comes to dealing with Grace."

Marry was stunned. She pursed her lips and laughed at herself, "Yeah, I'm always nervous and I

always overthink. That's only because I care about

you."

As she spoke, she looked at Simon with affection.

Simon's eyes met hers and he was also a little surprised. He wanted to say something but stopped on

second thought.

At the sight of his reaction, Marry teared up and said. "Simon, our child and I need you."

When she finished her sentence, she touched her belly.

Simon's pupils shrank sharply. He looked at her belly and a soft light flashed across his eyes.

After a moment of silence, he said, "Marry, we already have a child. Let's live a good life and don't

overthink things."

"That's right." Marry nodded and gave him a tearful smile.

Simon was driving the car and they turned around to leave.

His eyes were looking ahead, but there was a trace of confusion in his eyes, and his whole face was

gloomy.

At 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, Grace was woken up by a phone call.

She hadn't slept for long. When she heard the ringing sound, she picked up immediately without

looking at the caller ID.

"Hello?"

"Grace."

Hermione Lowe's voice came from the other end.

"Editor Lowe?" Grace was shocked. "What's the matter?"

She instantly sat up from the bed, turned on the light, and held the phone closely to listen carefully.

Hermione's voice slowly came, "I just went to the hospital to see that b*stard, Lorenzo, but I also found

out that Heinz was somehow injured, and he was lying there in the hospital ward. I can't be entirely

sure as everything was in a blur."

"Heinz was injured?"

Grace's heart suddenly tightened, as if something was squeezing it. She was a little surprised and said,

"Which hospital? What happened?"

"He's in Number One City Hospital but I didn't look at him carefully enough to understand what had

happened. I thought that you might know the situation as you have interviewed him before and you

have a personal relationship with him."

"No, I don't know anything." Grace said, "What did you see exactly?"

"There's a lot of blood.” Hermione said, "I saw that he's covered in blood."

Grace's heart was beating wildly, and her brain was buzzing. Upstodatee from Novel(D)ra/m/a.O(r)g

"But it's really too dark and I couldn't see very clearly. I just glanced at him from a distance and I saw

that he seemed to be very anxious, and his assistant, Lester, was also following him. It seemed that

there was blood on Lester as well."
