True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz)

Chapter 187

Chapter 187

"Slap-"

A smack hit Marry Smith's face, and the sound was piercing.

"Did you just hit me?" Marry widened her eyes and tears rolled down her cheeks as she looked at the

man who slapped her.

Unexpectedly, Simon Brown had hit her.

Grace Smith and Alice Smith were also shocked by his actions.

He used all his might and his hand was still in the air.

His hands were trembling slightly and he looked terrible. He glared at Marry and said angrily, "I can't

believe that you just swore on the baby in your womb like that."

"I —" Marry opened her mouth but couldn't say anything.

Simon enunciated coldly, "As a mother, how dare you curse your child like this? Even if you haven't

done it, in order to prove your innocence, you can swear on your own life but never your child's. Marry,

you've really disappointed me."

Marry was still in a daze.

There was a red palm print on her face. It was so eye-catching.

The slap caused her to sink into the chaos in her

mind. She was unable to come to her senses at once.

"Simon, I-"

Simon interrupted her coldly, "I don't want to talk to you anymore. God knows what you did that night.

That night did change us. My life was completely subverted.

I couldn't face it so I chose to settle down and live with you. However, I never expected you to be like

this,"

Simon said with a self- deprecating chuckle. He turned to look at Grace.

There was a deep apology in his eyes as he realized that their fates had turned out this way.

The apology turned into deep regret. Looking at Grace, his eyes darkened, little by little.

But Grace didn't even look at him.

Facing Marry, Grace was also mortified. She didn't expect Marry to swear on her baby.

If she could swear on her baby, was there anything she wouldn't do?

Grace looked at her and felt sorrowful. She took a deep breath and said, "I really feel pity for your baby.

I hope that the baby will be conceived safely. After all, the baby is innocent." Exclusive content © by Nô(v)el/Dr/ama.Org.

Grace was a mother herself. It was really saddening to see Marry swear on the baby in her womb.

"You all forced me," Marry realised that everyone was accusing her. The looks in their eyes frightened

her, especially Simon's indifferent attitude.

She fell into panic mode and could no longer remain calm. She retorted in a sharp voice, "If I don't

swear, you will think that I have done something wrong. Now that I'd sworn on my baby, you turned

around and blamed me for swearing on my child. What should I do to satisfy you?"

Alice rolled her eyes and thought of what had happened to herself. She said, "It's the misfortune of the

child to have a mother like you. He's been used as a bargaining chip even before he was born."

Upon hearing her words, Marry couldn't help but shook. She couldn't stand still.

Alice glanced at her and felt even more disgusted. She said again, "Who are you acting like this for?"

Marry froze all of a sudden.

Grace glared at her coldly and angrily. "You plotted against me to snatch Simon away. But why did you

do that to Alice?

Marry, what's in your mind? Are you mad?

Alice and I are your younger sisters. It's really hateful of you to scheme against us, your own family.

However, now that the child in your womb has become a bargaining chip for you,

I don't hate you as much.

The fact that you would use your unborn child in this way, what else is there that you wouldn't do?"

Marry was stunned and she didn't get to say anything.

Simon glanced at Grace and said, "Grace, you and

Alice can leave right after Grandma's memorial."

No one bothered Marry anymore.

"Alice, let's go.” Grace didn't want to talk to Marry anymore as she was completely disappointed in her.

Alice nodded. "Let's go, sister."

The three of them completely ignored Marry and went to the Bellflower field to pay their respects to

Grandma.

The flowers were presented and the wine was spilled on the ground.

Grace felt great pain in her heart. Every breath seemed to be tearing her apart.

"Grandma, I'm late,” Grace whispered in a low voice. "I was too capricious and caused us to be

separated from each other. I'm sorry that I wasn't with you in the end. I'm sorry that I made you worry

so much about me."

Now, she might not be able to protect this flower field.

She lowered her head with guilt and blamed herself. Tears were welling up in her eyes but didn't roll

down her cheeks.

After muttering for a while, Alice got up and they were ready to leave.

Marry was still standing at the spot.

Grace and Alice walked together and passed by Marry.

Marry instantly grabbed Grace's wrist and said, "Don't leave."

Grace was stunned as Marry tightened her grip with her cold and sweaty hands.

Grace immediately frowned and asked, "Marry, what are you doing?"

"You're treating me like this just to sow discord between Simon and I. You're the people who are really

heartless."

The clearer this thought was in her mind, the harder she gripped Grace's hand, her nails digging into

Grace's skin.

Grace was in pain but she didn't try to get rid of Mary's hand.

This was because Grace remembered that Marry was pregnant.

No matter how much she hated her, she would not hurt a pregnant woman.

"Whatever," Grace said calmly. "It doesn't matter as long as I don't feel guilty."

"Are you that blackhearted?" Alice retorted mockingly. "Your relationship with Simon was so unstable

that it couldn't bear a single blow, and now you are blaming others for it. Why don't you think carefully

about who started this?"

"It's you guys," Marry said harshly. "It's all your fault."

"Let me go." Grace was in too much pain from of her grasp. The fingernails sank into the skin of her

wrist and she felt like her skin and flesh were going to be scooped up.

"I won't let you go." "Marry, if you keep pulling on me like this, you will only disgust Simon more," Grace

said slowly. "If you still want to keep Simon, you'd better let me go."

Marry was stunned and her hand froze.

At this moment, Grace took the opportunity to withdraw her hand.

"Sister, let's go." Alice didn't want to stay around Marry anymore.

"Okay."

Just as Grace was about to leave, Marry shouted, "Don't go!"

Grace was on guard as she took a step forward, determined not to be grabbed again.

"Ah-" The next second, Marry suddenly fell to the ground.

When Grace and Alice turned around, they saw Marry on the ground. Her shoes had fallen off and her

face was very pale. She uttered in pain,

"You, you hate me but how could you hurt my baby?" Marry suddenly scolded them loudly.

Grace was dumbfounded.

"We didn't even touch you." Alice was also stunned by her words.

At this time, Simon, who was in the distance, ran over.

"Simon." Marry cried out in pain. "They made me to fall down and now my stomach hurts so badly."
