Chapter 170 I'll Kiss You a Little Longer

When Kara left, Will gave her some more medicine. But Kara did not want to trouble him.

"Uncle Will, you leave work early!"

Will joked, "You are James' fiancée. If you call me uncle, what should he call me?"

Kara didn't answer. She pouted and blinked her big eyes.

Kara knew that she couldn't refuse, so she just went downstairs with Will.

When they went downstairs, Kara found that many nurses stared at Will to relax themselves.

"I can see that you are very popular in the hospital, Uncle Will."

Will was speechless.

He pinched the space between his eyebrows. Maybe because Kara called him uncle or maybe

because he was always stared by many women.

Kara was able to breathe in the fresh air and she gasped.

James did not care that she called him uncle. He just kissed her eye.

"Does it still hurt?"

Kara shook her head. She wanted to smile, but when she pulled the corner of her mouth, it was a little

painful.

She cried out in a low voice.

Seeing that Kara still struggled to smile, James frowned and sneered, "How ugly!"

"I was bullied and you still scolded me." Kara pouted in grievance and refused to look at James.

Seeing her act like a spoiled child, James stroked her head and lay down next to her. He hugged Kara

in his arms gently, in case he would touch her face.

Kara didn't refuse him this time. Suddenly she thought of how Zoey treated her, she looked up at

"Since we are engaged, you are my woman. Do you understand?"

James was telling Kara that she was his and they could not be separated.

Kara blinked. She knew that she couldn't defeat him and she had to give in.

"I won't do it again." Kara pouted and rubbed his chest with her head.

James looked down at her. Although Kara looked cute and adorable, she had her own ideas.

Kara was injured, so she had to rest. She wanted to think about her work in the art studio, but James

was worried that she might be too tired, so he asked her to read in the study.

James was on a business trip and he still had work to do. So now he could only attend the meetings

online.

It was sunny in the afternoon. The curtains of the study were opened. Kara leaned against the sofa and

read the books about art.

There were many snacks on the table, including her favorite desserts. However, because of her face,

Kara's head and kissed her.

She stared at James in surprise.

"Are you okay?"

James' voice was low.

Kara could feel his breathing. Her ears became red and trembled. Kara shook her head in a daze.

"What?"

James drew out the word "what" and his lips touched her earlobe.

"I'm fine."

Kara did not know why James asked the question, so she nodded honestly.

Her voice was soft and gentle, just like the voice of a little kitten.

"Since you're fine, I'll kiss you a little longer."

James laughed in a low voice. He turned Kara towards him and once again kissed her.

Kara felt limb and delirious because of the kiss. She put her forearms on James' shoulder.

Kara sat on James' legs. It was more convenient for him to kiss her.
