Uncle's Love: My Sweet Little Wife

Chapter 181 Mr. James Is Getting Married

Chapter 181 Mr. James Is Getting Married

Coming out of Hemming's mansion, Kara was terrified.

She had lied that he had signed a marriage agreement with her. Would he be mad at that?

Probably yes. He had loved someone, so he wouldn't marry her.

She lowered her head and played with her fingers. Along the way, neither of them spoke.

Usually, Kara kept talking. But she was so quiet today. James turned to look at her. She lowered her

little head as if she had done something wrong.

He reached out and rubbed her head, but was dodged by her.

James was surprised. Exclusive © material by Nô(/v)elDrama.Org.

He narrowed his eyes and lifted her chin with his fingers.

"James, don't do this anymore. I may misunderstand." Kara pursed her lips and shook off his fingers.

"What will you misunderstand?" James stared at her, not knowing what she was thinking.

After coming out of the police station, she was in a bad mood. He had thought for a long time but could

not figure it out.

"I'll misunderstand that you're a womanizer!"

James was lost for words.

It was such an accusation! James put on a wry face, not understanding her thoughts.

"Don't flirt with me if you love someone else. What I've said to Grandma just now was to stop her from

finding you another fiancée whom you don't like," she explained patiently.

"Why can't I flirt with you?" James frowned as he stared at her with his brown eyes.

The person he loved was her!

Who else should he flirt with?

Kara widened her eyes in surprise and stared at him. "James, the engagement is temporary. When you

find the opportunity, we'll cancel it. What if..."

"What?" James' face darkened as he clenched his fists and pressed his thin lips together.

"Nothing. Anyway, you should keep a distance from me in the future." Kara turned around angrily and

lowered her head to play with her fingers.

James was lost for words again.

James licked his teeth. He wanted to teach her a lesson.

She was beautiful but silly. Everyone except her knew he loved her. And she wanted to cancel the

engagement with him.

"Mason, turn around and go to the company!"

Mason didn't say anything.

Although Mason was curious, he did as James said.

"What are you doing?"

"The marriage contract is ready!"

Kara blinked in confusion and thought, 'He wouldn't marry that woman now, will he?'

She twisted her hands and her fingers were pinched, but she didn't notice it at all.

James frowned. He grabbed her hand and held it tightly in his palm.

"Don't hurt yourself."

The red fingerprints were very obvious against her white hand. She did not feel the pain, but he felt

bad.

"Don't touch me." Kara's eyes were wet.

If he were to marry another woman, she would have to keep a distance from him. Her heart ached.

"Are you okay?"

James approached her. He lowered his head and rubbed his forehead against hers. He noticed that her

eyes were red again, and her long eyelashes trembled with tears hanging on them.

"James, don't be so cruel to me."

The more Kara thought about it, the sadder she became. Tears rolled down her face and dropped on

the back of James' hand.

He was still flirting with her when he decided to marry another woman. Was it because that in his heart,

she was just an easy woman to whom he could do what he liked?

Cruel?

It was cruel for her to say these words to him!

James furrowed his brows and stared at her.

"Kara, won't you accept me?"

Kara sobbed and thought, 'He was about to marry another woman. How could I accept him?'

She felt sad. Holding James' warm hands, she thought that she should shake it off, but she didn't want

to!

Although in her heart, he was just her uncle, an elder whom she could rely on, she did not want him to

be someone else's elder.

Mason drove to the company. James got off the car and opened the door for her.

"Get off!"

Kara clenched her fists and glared at him angrily.

He wanted to marry another woman, and she didn't want to be a witness!

Never!

"I won't get out of the car, James. I'll wait for you here. Don't worry, I won't tell anyone about what

you've done."

She squeezed the engagement ring in her hand tightly. When he married another woman, she would

return it to him and cancel the engagement.

"What did I do?"

James' sharp gaze fell on her. For the first time, he felt uncertain.

Did she misunderstand something?

He felt his heart sank.

Getting into the car, he held her little face and kissed her.

"Tell me, what are you thinking?"

Kara sobbed and stared at him with tears in her eyes.

"James, if you find your true love, I will support you."

"Really?" James narrowed his eyes and stared at her unhappily.

Did she think that he loved someone else?

This little fool still hadn't seen through his thoughts.

James held her little face and lowered his head to bite her lower lip. He only let her go when she

struggled.

"I didn't expect you to be so generous as to let me marry another woman!"

Kara touched her lower lip that was hurt, blushed.

She could tell that he was angry.

Kara pouted. She felt angry and glared at him.

"But you do love someone else! James, if you want to get married, then hurry up. I want to go home

and draw!"

James was lost for words.

She did have a temper!

James snorted and carried her to the Civil Affairs Bureau.

"James, what are you doing? Do you want me to be your witness?"

Kara struggled, but it was too high, and she was afraid of falling, so she could only hold his neck.

She felt upset as she thought of him dating another woman, let alone to see him marrying one.

But being held by him, she could not escape and could only watch helplessly as they entered the office.

Originally, he did not want to push her too hard, but now he decided to sign the marriage contract as

soon as possible.

"James, after you are married, can I call you Uncle James?"

"No!" James decisively refused.

If in sex, it was fine for fun. But in daily life, she would call him Uncle James out of reliance rather than

love.

So, he did not agree!

Kara pouted, her eyes brimmed with tears again.

Sure enough, as a married man, he should keep a distance from women.

Seeing that she was crying again, James clenched his fists and gritted his teeth.

Was she unwilling to marry him?
